Wow such a delightful treat. First and foremost I got a text message from one of my girlfriends that I haven't heard from in a while. I thought it was just a routine text message to check on me because I've had a couple surgeries and what not. To my surprise she actually followed it up after I responded with the hello Stephanie with a are you busy tomorrow or Thursday?

Next thing I know we were talking about meeting up for lunch. I told her I'm not really sure if Thursday will work as I have an appointment that is kind of up in the air but I'm definitely available tomorrow. The only thing about tomorrow is I was just asked to watch my 5-year-old me so if you don't mind her tagging along then we can definitely do a lunch date.

She replies girl you know I'm not tripping I have a niece and nephew and I know how that goes. So she got on Google I assume and she found this really cool place.

Super stoked that we came because Stella is just incredibly awesome. From her customer service to our bubbly personality to our wonderful smile she sure knows how to make you feel like home away from home. With the pandemic and everything I'm not super comfortable with being out and about like that but to be honest I didn't even stop to think about that one moment. Come by and see Stella , She is amaziiiiiing.

PS .. Stella had the whole restaurant and she was...

My family came in for a quick dinner because we needed somewhere near the airport. It was self-seating so we found a booth and sat down. It took about 5 minutes before someone came over to take our drink orders. When he came back out to take our dinner order, in the middle of ordering, a women came out to tell us we couldn't sit there, that this area was for 21+. That's fine, but the waiter had no idea, and it would have been nice to not have to carry our drinks and all our stuff across the restaurant. She could have told us sooner. The service was extremely slow and it felt like we sat there forever, even though there were plenty of empty tables and it was a Saturday night. There's no kids menus, just FYI, and my kids were bored even with all the TVs. Definitely not family friendly but if you're looking for a bar it would probably be a cool place. Our appetizer was served at the same time as our meals, so it made it hard to enjoy. Unfortunately my pizza tasted like rubber and I couldn't eat much of it. All the toppings and cheese fell off as soon as I would pick up a slice. My husband did enjoy his Bleu...

My dining experience was generally positive; however, our server, Tina, appeared more focused on socializing than providing service. After an eight-minute wait with no acknowledgment, I approached the bar to order a drink, receiving a less-than-enthusiastic greeting. While my drink was satisfactory, Tina's subsequent service was deficient. Upon ordering our food—carnitas tacos for myself and a French dip with fries for my companion—I experienced a fifteen-minute wait as I observed my companion enjoy their food. My order was an appetizer.A subsequent drink my third one of the same drink, resulted in an incorrect beverage. Furthermore, Tina openly complained to a neighboring table about her workload, a claim contradicted by my observations of her extended conversations with other bartenders. With 26 years of experience in the service industry, including management roles at multiple casinos, bars, and restaurants, I found Tina's performance unacceptable. While JP provided excellent service, a comprehensive staff training program focused on customer service and satisfaction is...

Always a good choice to get some good food and drinks when your in Federal Way.( Super close to I-5, 18 & SR 99) I was craving a really good burger after running around all, so we made a stop at the Time Out. I got the Blue Cheese Burger, and that hit the spot! It's a flame broiled Angus chuck, with lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion, smoked bacon, blue cheese, mayo on a brioche bun 😋 My husband got the Gonzo...Now I was debating to get this also, but was craving a good blue cheese burger. The Gonzo consists of your choice, turkey, OR in house braised prime sirloin... Husband chose sirloin. Also comes with american cheese, cream cheese, tomato, on a grilled sour dough with a side of Au Jus. FLIPPING AWESOME!. (Didn't get a picture of the Gonzo 👎)

So originally went to this bars sister - JP Tavern. I walked in and sat next to the bar waited -15 min to be served. Decided to leave and came to the Timeout. Knowing they were both owned by the same person… walked in was greeted as soon as I opened the door. Even though they were busy litterally got my drink in less than 5 min, thank you Melissa. Then ordered this Asian salad which I think is the best salad I’ve ever had! Thank you Jen for the recommendation!! Idk why I even tried JP”s the Timeout is the way to go. Great food. Amazing servers. And a great atmosphere any day of the week 🤘🏽
