If you enjoy under-cooked pizza, the police called on you, with terrible management and staff, come here! I ordered a pizza (RAW IN THE MIDDLE) on 9/09/2022, carry out, got home, ate 1/2 of one slice, by the time I sat down to eat, they were closed. So, after a long day of my kid’s running fever’s, I brought the pizza back the next evening. Called prior, and spoke to a young lady who stated I can come in, and show the pizza. Once I arrived, the manager was highly confrontational, proceeding to get into my face in front of other customer’s whom witnessed and gave me their phone #. I have eaten gluten free pizza, MANY time’s, but never where it wasn’t fully cooked, which was a dinner wasted. This sick woman Colleen S, called the police on me for a “disturbance” Yesterday, I met the definition of a low class individual, who shouldn’t have any role in management let alone the food industry. I will be filing a complaint to her higher up as well. This issue was a very minuscule occurrence where it could be easily resolved if she listened to what I was saying. Ultimately, I was given no refund nor a new pizza. But, thankfully I was called by cooperate (I filed the day I received the pizza) and will be given 10 free pizza’s for how I was treated by this sorry excuse of a woman and an investigation is now open.
Don’t waste your hard...
Read moreWe booked our 16th birthday party here for our 3 year old birthday party. We've done our now year old here many years. 7/17 630pm was when our reservations were for for room right inside on the right side. They couldn't find our reservations so they were upset. (There was only one couple with a baby in there) That room was dirty all the tables plus the other tables in the restaurant. Add to ask them to clean the tables before everyone arrives. That was like trying to pull your teeth out and inconvenience them. Now the two families arrived. Go order two extra large pizzas, 3 order of garlic twist and 10 glasses of soda and one beer. Was told couldn't have beer no explanation why so we told them we will go get our own beer at Walmart if they couldn't give us one beer. So minus the beer our total was $122. WTH? for 2 pizzas, 3 order of bread and 10 glasses of soda. Again WTH? We've always gotten discounts and our soda free. Was told no more. Then on top the pizzas were Luke warm and the bread was not cook all the way. Needless to say no tip and we cleaned the room when we were done. No more parties here, no more eating here. Which we could give minus starts cause not even a 1 or zero meets the expectations of customer service, cleanness, quality control of food. Oh and about 10 minus later they found a can of bud light...
Read moreI worked for Round Table in 1978 and it has been, therefore, my favorite chain restaurant pizza for many, many years. Lately I have been less thrilled. I have always found that the quality varied owner-to-owner, store-to-store, and sometimes even day-to-day - with the less desirable pizza the exception rather than the rule. Lately it has been the other way around.
This experience suffered not from poor service (on the contrary, I found the front counter person very friendly and helpful in spite of being quite swamped) or poor pizza (what I found to eat on the buffet was well made and properly cooked) but the choices of pizzas displayed on the buffet were horrible. We were all hovering, waiting for something not slathered with jalapeno to come out, but since nothing was getting eaten, nothing new was arriving.
I suspect that had we requested something, we would have been accommodated, but I burned all the time I could afford and all the room I had on the salad bar.
I know you can't always please everyone with your choices, but even what looked like simple cheese pizza was actually cheese and garlic ... lots of garlic ... I mean LOTS of garlic (I still taste it today). A little warning sign would not...
