Worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. some food looked okay but some looked uncooked. I ordered teriyaki chicken. The chicken was not cooked and was very pink. I also ordered the orange chicken. Both of them had a bad smell almost like a rat poisoning smell. atp I didn’t wanna eat the food anymore. Customer service was very rude and the worker that helped me was rushing me just so she can talk back to her friend. I didn’t have time to go back and say something about the food because I was already home. I recommend do not come here, make the drive and try another panda…

Broccoli beef super dry, teriyaki chicken ran out of teriyaki sauce, green bean chicken tasted like straight soy and salt, chow mein is burnt. Do not order after 9pm, they stop making sauces and food quality declines. Broccoli was cut super large, no attention to detail. Staff are not friendly. I was stressed out and upset the whole night for wasting $23. I did not enjoy my food. It is definitely a hit and miss.

I was pleasantly surprised tonight. I think the sides like the chow mein and fried rice could all use a bit of seasoning but the entrees were good. My favorite is the Beijing Beef it has a great crispy texture under the mildly spicy sauce. The Kung Pow chicken is also nice and spicy. The customer service was good but be prepared to wait in line this place is busy. The family meal is a decent value for your money

I went in after dinner rush thinking that the staff would be restocking for the rest of the night, considering they will be open for another 4-5 hours. i get there and they are out of everything i wanted (veggies and orange chicken) and some. the veggies were nasty and brown clearly past the hot hold time which the manager should have thrown out but instead mixed it in with the new stuff.. regardless, i asked when will there be more veggies and she hesitsted to reply as if she was just going to serve me that.. so i decided to wait and get fresh food. Well the older guy in the back cooking made a clearly irritated face towards the manager that called out the food for my order. He made it super quick in 5 min and gave me undercooked food. I had to stop eating halfway through and have been dealing with the effects of food poisoning for the last 24hrs. Havent been able to eat and constant pain in my stomach. i will not be returning to this establishment, its a shame when members of a food establishment are more worried about their tasks than customers.. coming from year of manager experience at multiple restaurants its just sad. i would like a refund too but im sure they would think of some reason for me to not get one. If you cant hire willing and dedicated staff then what are you doing in a business selling food. Cutting corners is not okay because you can get people sick just like what...

The worse customer service ever !!!! I came here 3 times and always saw them arguing with the customers. This time was the 4th and I was the target I guess. She asked me if it was for here or to go , I said to go. Then she asked if I wanted anything else, I said no. Then she just handed me the box with the cookie on top of it. Then she left without saying a thing, so I waited for her to come back to ask for a bag and utensils, she told me she didn’t charge me for the bag and pointed to me where to get the utensils, she was rushing around, so I just left the cashier counter. My bf grabbed the food and came back to her, asked her for a bag, and said just charge him the bag and gave it to him but she was still standing there arguing with my bf saying that I told her no bag, when clearly I didn’t say that nor she asked me if I wanted one! She also said it didn’t make sense to her when I said to go and expect the bag 😵‍💫😵‍💫 it was just a togo bag, and she couldn’t handle it professionally!!!! I’m definitely not coming back to this location ever again !!!!

Looking at some reviews about this location and most of time were complaints about customer service and I guess the management as well as servers don’t really care cuz they’re keeping...

We recently visited Panda Express for only the second time, and it was such a pleasant surprise! The highlight was definitely the family meal deal—just $35 to feed six people, and we even had leftovers. In today’s economy, that kind of value is rare, and it made the whole outing feel like a win.

The packaging was adorable and super practical—each meal came in its own little box, all neatly tucked into a larger box that folded shut and looked like a traditional Chinese pagoda. It made serving and cleanup easy, and the kids loved how it looked.

The staff was friendly and helpful, answering the few questions we had with patience. The wait time was reasonable, and the drinks were unexpectedly amazing—I had the mango peach spritzer, and my daughter had the watermelon cucumber spritzer. Both were phenomenal and felt like something you'd get at a specialty café.

And of course, the fortune cookies were the cherry on top. My kids absolutely love them, and this time all of our fortunes felt weirdly accurate—which made it even more fun.

Overall, it was a great experience: affordable, tasty, and family-friendly. We’ll...
