First off, I ordered it in-store. I was happy that my order was ready so soon, but it turns out I was too naive. I ordered three beef Ninja Deluxe, but what I received was chicken Katsu. Unlike the orders received by other consumers, the chicken Katsu was so thin. The burger was cold. The fries were cold and very hard. I can't help but feel sad that the service and food quality at this branch have deteriorated so much. This makes me afraid to order from this store again. What I want to say is: Katsu Buger, you ruined my Taiwanese Father’s Day again after three years. Pure disappointment.

2021 Review: Having burgers for Taiwanese Father’s Day. First of all, I would say Katsu Burger is top 1 on my burger list. Since we move to the US from Taiwan, we really miss Japanese cuisine, such as Japanese burger. In Taiwan, there is a famous Japanese fast food brand MOS Burger. Compare with MOS, Katsu is better in deep fried skills. The Ninja Deluxe hamburger is big and impressive. The meat, Japanese mayonnaise, cabbage, and pickles are just right. I've never had a bad experience any of the times I've visited this Katsu burger! We love coming here to eat. During my first visit, I was a bit surprised about the prices, but honestly it's worth every cent. You definitely get what your paying for! Plus they have a loyalty program which is awesome!

My favorites are the Ohayo Gozaimasu (breakfast themed burger) and nori fries. Excellent combo! The burgers are stacked big so I found cutting them in half makes it easier to consume. The fries are a thinner cut but get nice and crispy - which I really like. The Jones soda on tap was also another pleasant surprise I quite enjoyed.
