This restaurant has, by far, the best tacos in Federal Way and within a 15 mile radius. The two salsas they do offer is all you need. I love the spicy red salsa since it has the right amount of kick and is very tasteful. The green salsa is milder but also perfect. I prefer to go after the lunch crowd since the place isn't that big.
They were out of barbacoa, which was a bit of disappointment, but the taco God knew that my mind would be blown by ordering "tres tacos de adobada". I ordered 3 tacos of adobada and 3 of carne asada. My tastebuds were in heaven when I had my first bite of the marinated pork. It's that freakin good!! The carne asada wasn't dry which is what most taco places fail at. Both meats were moist and delicious with just the right amount of cilantro and onion. No big chunks of onion here, thank you!
I've discovered this gem a few years ago and have never left disappointed. I...

If you blinked, you would drive right by this little corner restaurant. I cane here because Chipotle was busy during lunch and these guys were just down the street. Thanks Google for helping me discover a tiny hidden gem.
I loved the steak burrito with the homemade spicy chipotle sauce. My hubby has the barbacoa burrito and tapas.
Don't expect an elaborate menu. There are maybe 10 items on the menu. Seriously. But what they do have, they do well.
I highly recommend if you want a taco or burrito (size is comparable to Chipotle before they started measuring everything).
I love spicy foods and I would seriously buy their Chipotle hot sauce to go in 20oz sizes. 😆 Yum!

The staff was unfriendly. No one greets you when you enter. No one lets you know when your order is ready, they just leave it on the counter.
The food came out faster than a fast food restaurant. It was cold. Felt like it was premade.
The foil wrapping for a burrito I ordered was torn open so part of the burrito was just touching the bag and who knows what else.
The burrito tasted uneven - some parts had more veggies and some parts were salty. The meat smelled.
I was looking for a friendly place with better than average Mexican food but this place was not it. Disappointed. Like someone said, I’d rather go somewhere else like Chipotle or Taco Del Mar. At least they (should) have...
