Taco Bell — Restaurant in Federal Way

I was super excited to come try this place out since i had never seen a Taco Bell/Pizza Hut combo before, but this visit was 100% disappointing. I brought a friend along with me and we ordered a total of 3 burritos, a personal pizza and some breadsticks to share. We got our burritos super fast and proceeded to eat them while we waited for the rest. Well that wait time went from an expected 10-20 minutes (I assumed the pizza needed time to bake) to an entire hour. So my friend went up to ask what the delay was for and everyone behind the counter (manager included) just thought it was the funniest thing that we waited an entire hour cause they forgot about our food. They gave us an extra set of breadsticks for our trouble and SIX minutes later we had the other half of our order. SIX MINUTES for a pizza we thought took about 15 to cook, that we waited an hour for. And all they could do was laugh it off like it was the funniest thing they had heard. But hey! 2 nights in a row now I have ordered a single burrito, one beef burrito with steak substituted for the beef. Have been charged for it and still recieved beef not steak. That's the issue I have with evening shift. Day shift is when I usually place a mobile order and pick it up inside. I come here almost every day. However, when I come to pick it up I'm told they dont have it and I should check the address on my order. They tell me this as my food is sitting on the counter behind them with my name on it... I have to point it out every time. Also this conversation usually happens after I've already stood there listening to 2 or more orders be placed AND picked up through drive through while my order that is already paid for sits on the counter getting cold because you have 1 person doing both. Disappointed that I'm going to have to find a new store. Obviously something is wrong with your procedure for mobile orders and/or...

These people are so rude to DoorDashers. I don’t think they realize that we are serving THEIR customers. Every time I walk in, I’m ignored. They wait to make the orders. DoorDash doesn’t pay enough for us to sit around and wait. A couple nights ago it was after midnight, and I went through the drive-through. the guy told me that DoorDash has to come inside. But there’s a huge sign on their window saying that delivery partners Need to come inside after midnight. He tried to say that they’re open until one and to come in. Tonight they did that with another Dasher. I was already inside because the drive-through was backed up. But he had waited in that line and when he got to the window, they told him to come inside. Where he had to wait an additional 15 minutes. It’s not fair to the Dashers. And it’s definitely not fair to their customers who are ordering online. They need to be...
