Cottage Inn Pizza Fenton — Restaurant in Fenton

To start out, the guy that delivered the salad and chicken wings to Tyrone Woods MHC was super, great personality. I give him a 5. The problem I had was the chicken wings were raw on the inside. I understand mistakes happen. No need to be upset or angry. A phone call was made to the restaurant to explain that we received raw wings. The woman on the phone, Alexis, was rude and stated that all the chicken is pre-cooked. It was explained to her again that this batch was raw. Alexis said it is impossible for the wings to be raw. A second order was made and when those were delivered. Again they were raw. I traveled to the restaurant on Silver Lake Rd in Fenton and spoke with Alexis. I was there to inquire about the process in preparing the wings and there might be a bad batch of wings. What I got was Alexis being rude a questioning my integrity. She stated that the wings were not raw. I explained to her that all she had to do is inspect the wings that was returned and she could make that determination. Alexis said they were thrown away and she could not check. Alexis was rude, bad customer service and implied I was lying. I was not looking or demanding free food. I do demand respect. Ive aten at several different locations. Ive felt that its a hit or a miss. Second time i have ordered at this fenton location. Both times were apart by a few months. The customer service was great, zero complaints there. My phone call was answered quickly and the girl on the phone made it a simple and easy to order. Pickup was the same, friendly and courteous.

But the food.... Was to blame for the 2 stars

Pizza seems to taste cheaper then the other location i tried recently. The garlic cheese dip is overly packed with garlic making it unpleasant. I love garlic. But i also love cottage in garlic cheese dip. Just not this location.

I ordered pizza from the Fenton location because the Flint location has always had high quality pizza when ordering from work. Upon delivery the pizza was very hard like cardboard and the cheese was burnt. Awful! I called the store to speak to a manager and Faith the person who answered the phone explained there was no manager there to take my call and they all went home for the day. I then asked who was in charge? She said nobody was available. Seriously! I explained my issue and she didn’t offer any resolution after spending $40.00 on pizza nobody would eat (it was bad).
