I don’t know why the reviews are so negative. Sure, during busy times the service can be a bit slow, but never more than 5 minutes in the drive thru (though normally less than 3). Staff are generally really friendly. There’s one girl who can be quite short but I don’t believe the whole establishment should be punished for her actions.

I don’t usually write reviews, but seeing this location get so much criticism made me want to write about my experiences. I’ve had an incorrect order once, my sandwich was wrong and the donut I received was not the apple fritter. But, after calling, and telling them what happened, I was giving a free replacement for whenever I came back and profuse apologies from the girl taking my order.

The only thing I had a bad experience with was during the evenings recently. Service is slow after about 6pm I noticed (they close at 7pm). I don’t blame the staff, honestly I feel bad for them. I ordered a latte and a sandwich and while I got my drink quickly, it seemed like the girl taking my order also made my drink then had to start my food after. When I went to pay, she spoke on her headset saying she’d be with them in a moment, yelled to the what I assume was a person inside the same thing, then apologized to me for having to grab my food. I cold tell she was stressed when I got my food she practically ran away to help the people inside. I don’t blame her for what is obviously a flaw in staffing, but really, as much as I love Fenton Dunkin’, do not go after 5:30-6:00pm, your service will be slow and the staff are too busy to make...

Genuinely one of the saddest experiences I've ever had with a franchise that I already had little expectations for. Came here for some donuts while I was in town. Ordered 4 different kinds of donuts, received only one that was correct, and only three donuts total. The staff were all really nice, however, they all looked like they were 15. (Is there an adult working here?) The girl working there was nice, repeated the order to me correct, got it right on the receipt, when i get home my bag is full of random donuts, except for one actually being correct and me being shorted one. I then emailed about my experience, talked to a company representative who said they take pride in how their location is handled. I understand mistakes happen and I felt good about them acknowledging it, they said they'd mail me a gift for my inconvenience. I was glad they were willing to make me whole for the wrong order. Figured I'd get a gift card for $5 or something for getting almost my entire order messed up, or even 3 free donut coupons. Nope, instead I get a hand written note with some corporate apology voice lines, with a one free donut coupon. Oh and it can't be used on a specialty donut by the way. Bad service, employees were rude. Went to get coffee today (same as i get everyday at other locations) a coffee with oat milk but they were “unable” to do that today (even though i got it 2 days earlier?). They straight up told me they can’t make my drink with anything but normal milk and that the person who made it two days ago wasn’t supposed to make it that way (even though it says they can right on the sign). On top of that i asked for two plain toasted bagels, which the employee had to ask me 4 times to make sure i didn’t want cream cheese. Got home and sure enough both bagels had cream cheese when i can’t have it. Pancakes came without syrup. (Mind you, everything on my receipt was correct they just did not prepare it like the receipt said). Went back to the store to get a refund and waited 20 minutes just for them to talk to me (they weren’t taking inside orders only doing drivethru even though there was a line inside). The MANAGER chuckled at me when i told him i ordered plain bagels and received bagels with cream cheese. Screaming up to the front counter from the back asking me 5 times AGAIN if i wanted it plain. He treated me like i was dumb when i straight up told him i wanted a PLAIN bagel. Not everyone likes cream cheese??? I do not recommend...
