Usually I don’t say anything negative about food since I been hungry In 1992 Yugoslavian war I been in this country since 97 I can say that tonight at this Hardee’s In Fenton on Main street close to sky zone children play ground was my worst meal so far I don’t eat fast food a lote once in a while,only when on road when it comes to fast food,Hardee’s use to be better quality than Burger King ,McDonald’s but I don’t know what happened to Hardee’s I hope it’s only this one at Fenton my lady ordered hamburger with double meat but got single that hamburger so small it could fit in my eye I got hand breaded chiken sendwich that piece of meat is black who ever fried that probably did not change oil in that frier 3 months that fries is hard like it was from yesterday inside place clean but not men’s restroom i understand you raising price on food everything going up but can you have quality product so people are satisfied why you have to shrink on everything instead 1 good burger 🍔 you have to make 2 smaller one to cut on supply totally un satisfied that’s probably why this place is almost empty not enough customers...
Read moreEverytime I come here, my kids only want a curly fry it’s almost 4 dollars for a large curly fries. & every time I get them they are cold soggy fries. And this time they didn’t even open the box and it was not even halfway full. When you popped the bottom of the boxes open. I went back to tell them & both doors were closed for the inside. I had to go to the drive-through window and told them that this is not filled all the way up, and the food was cold. She gave me A bad look and looked annoyed and snatched the bag back, still did not pop the fries box bottom open again and Gave us very little fries again and they were super oily like they just put my fries back in the oil and pulled them out. Also ordered a diet soda pretty sure I got a regular soda. It was too sweet. This is all the time at the Hardee’s . I don’t know what there problem is. and the shift leaders who are running this obviously don’t know what they are doing...

By maybe 3 dollars (the amount not the point) when we called Jim (i guess a manager) clearly was unhappy....not about the fact that customers that go there frequently were overcharged... but he was inconvenienced due to having to even take the call (not a rush time not too busy) every time I go there for breakfast I get the same thing it's been a different price the last handful of times this time I actually looked at the receipt because I had time today..... so I'm wondering how often this location purposely overcharges customers and can do nothing about it over the phone even if we have the receipt in the receipt number and the transaction was two minutes ago..... getting an attitude when he rang up the order the right way over the phone there was a significant difference in what showed on my receipt sorry to have inconvenienced you Jim. Hope your day gets better buddy ripping people off...
