Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Fenton

I wish i could give this location 0 stars. I ordered a pizza that got delivered completely covered in red onions. I didn’t order red onions at all. My child doesn’t eat onions, I had to order him another dinner somewhere else, costing me even more money. So I called the store. Jasmine told me that I would see a refund in 2 business days. I said you refunded me? She said “yes! Just now”. Fast forward to the weekend I STILL never got refunded. I called the store, same thing got told I would see a refund in two business days, told me the general manager would call me. Still no refund. Still no call from a manager. I call the store back days later, the manager that was supposed to call me answers. She claims they DON’T give refunds for online orders. I asked why Jasmine told me she refunded me then? She insinuated I was lying, and that Jasmine never said that. She proceeded to call me a liar even further by telling me she worked that night, and would’ve caught the mistake on the pizza if it truly had onions on it. I’ve never been talked to this rudely in my life. Her name is Ashley Thomas, I would avoid giving her store business like the plague. Nothing gets passed her eye, but I sure got a pizza with red onions all over it. She clearly needs that $35 more than I do....

Jets pizza is the best pizza you can get and yes i work there and im sayin this because i was shocked to see how much pride and effort they put into their pizzas. First off all their ingredients are made fresh in the morning, all the vegetable are freshly cut in the morning, the dough is made fresh and hand pressed and we even make our own dressing! it takes about 4 hours to get everything ready and prepped up so alot of time and dedication does go into making our pizzas. We also get high quality cheese from a farmer who lets his cattle roam around and listen to music so the cheese is our most expensive product and its really good!. Our owner joe is a very humble guy and wants people to have good food, he also even gives some pizzas away for charity for people that need food. Thats how awesome he is! not to mention he even comes in every weekend to work with us so that we can have the best customer service possible. This is probably the best jets you can go to in the whole state of michigan because joe and the other manager nick take alot of pride into making pizzas and im very fortunate to be working...

Let me start by saying I'm absolutely not against taking precautions to protect drivers, however, for almost two years now this location has refused to do delivery. Contactless delivery has been a thing since the pandemic started, but their app says due to safety reasons, which is odd when every other store has found ways of doing delivery safely.

I used to be a very big fan of Jets when I lived upstate. I haven't had it in years. I was ecstatic to find out there was one here in town when I moved here. While I could pick it up myself, it is just really inconvenient most times when I just want something to eat while I work without having to leave to pick it up and come back. What kind of chain brand pizza place doesn't deliver?

I'm sure there's probably a financial reason they can't hire delivery drivers or use door dash or what not, but whatever the reason, I really wish they'd start...
