Love it — Local services in Ferguson Township

I would highly recommend you do not buy luxury goods here! They are willing to purchase products they cannot authenticate and sell them! Very bad experience selling here. They held me off and gave me agnostic responses for 3 weeks as I was trying to sell them ~$600 in luxury clothing, despite their claim to checking every Monday and getting back to you soon. They proceeded to offer me 3-5x less than binding offers I have received online after the 3 weeks.They wanted to purchase other items they could not "authenticate," but I think any respectable business would simply turn away items that they could not authenticate. I purchased all of these items over a reputable site that legit checks items that come in. Overall a very poor experience in conducting business with them. My mother and I enjoy shopping at Love It, but we were extremely displeased and shocked with our experience today. It would be safer if all your employees wore masks, as is stated on your sign on the front door (went to the State College location). It concerns me that a community-oriented small business such as yours would have no concern for the community members who are interested in frequenting your business....today a consigner in the State College location requested the employee at the cash register to put her mask on, and the employee refused the whole time....Unfortunately, if a business is not concerned about the safety of their community in a pandemic such as this, I will not be frequenting this...

My husband and I arrived at 10:02 am when the store was suppose to be open at 10:00 am which we understand that happens but the staff member did not have to be rude as I was waiting outside. She walked up and said (in not the nicest tone) “can you give me a minute, I just pulled in”. Then when my husband went into the store to get bins and bags, she put them on the counter abruptly and said “here”.
