Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Fernandina Beach

9/20/2024 I had Jersey Mike's delivered from this location to some nearby emergency room workers and while I received the sandwiches, they left out the chips and drinks, which because this is Jersey Mike's prices we're talking about means I wasted $7.58. I emailed them about this immediately and despite promising to respond within two business days, it has now been nine days of silence.

This comes after another order 5/15/2023 for the emergency room in which I spent an asinine $27.84 for a single sandwich + one bag of chips and they never delivered it even though I specified exactly where to deliver it and no other restaurant deliveries have ever had a single issue. Once again, I emailed them about it and they said they would respond in two business days. Almost a year and a half later, Jersey Mike's has never responded or acknowledged this or refunded me.

I will no longer be wasting $20-30 on already overpriced sandwiches that I never receive from a store that is this utterly...

So it starts out like this. As I understand it never being to this franchise before is that Jersey Mike's Subs started in the 1950s in seaside, ever popular New Jersey and grew from there. That was then and this is 2023. This location belongs in the needs improvement category. It's simply too small, too cramped and has major interface issues. I had the large Tuna which is a standard item but getting this sandwich was a real, unnecessary challenge! 🎻 It at the right price point, however, nothing is marked so sandwich eaters are almost forced to guess what type of bread they have. I said nothing is labeled. Do you see where this is going? Let's add in 9-10 hungry, hurriedly people and their whiny kids with only two staff members patiently trying to explain, ask and at times shout over issues like mayonnaise and cut up onions. An adventure in the realm of sandwich ordering, Id suggest that if you're going to attempt this try online app. It will definitely go better than...

This location has a GREAT staff. Ordered a BLT sub online. Ordered with onions In special requests, I added please EXTRA EXTRA onions. In the note box, I wrote, please full my request. See the picture below to see how many "EXTRA EXTRA onions" were added to my sandwich. Then they wonder why I wait so long between visits. I guess I just need to go in order in person so I can watch them make the darn thing. I don't have this problem when I ordered from Jersey Mike's in Brevard County.
