Exceptional Service & World-Class Pastries – Nana Teresa’s & Papa Mark Deliver!
I needed a special delivery for one of my favorite people on earth—my dear friend and colleague, Dr. Alexandra Lajoux, who happens to be a regular at Nana Teresa’s Bake Shop. Without hesitation, they put together a beautiful package and had it delivered within two hours. That kind of service is rare, but it speaks to the heart and soul behind this place.
Papa Mark was absolutely lovely—he genuinely cares about the details and kept me updated with a play-by-play throughout the process. That level of thoughtfulness and personal touch made all the difference.
As for the pastries? Simply outstanding. The cupcakes were not just beautiful but crafted with care, and the pastries could easily rival the best in France. You can always tell when people pour their passion into what they do, and that’s exactly what happens at Nana Teresa’s. Dr. Lajoux loved everything, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
If you want incredible baked goods made with love, this is the place. Highly,...

Read moreI haven't been to Nana Teresa's in a few years, full disclosure, but we were downtown this weekend and I decided to stop by because I remembered the cupcakes were always good.
It's definitely changed, but unfortunately, not for the better. Cupcakes are very small for $4.00 each. The Biscoff cupcake, which in the shop's early days was bigger and I also seem to recall had filling in the cupcake, is now just a small plain white cupcake with some Biscoff frosting. It was tasty though. We got a couple of other cupcakes to take home, and although good (it is still a cupcake after all), nothing exceptional. The value for dollar is just not there anymore, and I have happily paid $4 and up for a cupcake if it's exceptional. Points for the super friendly and helpful staff and cute shop. It's still worth stopping by if you don't have any similar bakeries around...
