Stop by for fresh spices and tea flavors! ☕ If you love tea you need to try these flavors. Iced or hot; they have something for everyone. I have been to the Jacksonville The Spice and Tea Exchange and always had a great experience. So when my family walked by the shop at Amelia Island I dragged them inside with me. The customer service was great. My mother who loves tea was treated to a wonderful experience of smelling the various spices. If you are interested in trying some of the tea, you can make your way to the back and they'll brew it for you. Perhaps not every flavor, but I tried the Peach 🍑 Bellini (I could be wrong) with honey and it was really, really good. I forgot to take a photo till it was halfway gone, but both my parents and I loved it.

Amazing little shop here in Fernandina Beach! It’s super clean, extremely well kept, amazing combination of smells, awesome decoration and ambiance, and very welcoming. Staff greets you right away, ask any questions, the staff is very kind and will answer all of your questions. They have some many different spices, teas, honey, candles, and different types of Olive Oil. Definitely a must go if you are visiting from out of town and window shopping like we were lol.

First time in a spice shop. Excellent customer service. The owners were so nice. Very helpful. And very knowledgeable about the different spices. Everything made in shop. The owner recommended trying a tea before I leave. He even let me sample the different teas before buying. I got the pomegranate green tea so yummy. Thanks I will definitely be back.

Visiting from out of state with family. Everyone was helpful and friendly. However, Brandie was exceptional. I was trying to shop and my 3yo and 7yo boys wanted to touch everything so it made me uneasy and it was hard for me to shop even with my husband with us. She entertained the boys, and I was able to explore, ask questions about the products, and pick out purchases without them breaking anything. She was also very knowledgeable about teas and the preparation, etc. I will definitely come back if ever in the area. She also provided me with information for on-line purchases as well. Highlight...

Went to this location on Sunday 17 October 2021 with my wife. Store is very nice and well laid out, but the help was less than friendly. Other customers that arrived after we did were being greeted as they came in. We were there for about ten minutes before anyone even approached us. When we asked if they had a certain tea the lady behind the counter acted like she didn't have time for us and answered no in a curt manner. I had looked forward to visiting this shop, but I will not go back. I am local to the area and not an out of town visitor. I would have been a loyal customer,...
