I have been to the Jacksonville The Spice and Tea Exchange and always had a great experience. So when my family walked by the shop at Amelia Island I dragged them inside with me. The customer service was great. My mother who loves tea was treated to a wonderful experience of smelling the various spices. If you are interested in trying some of the tea, you can make your way to the back and they'll brew it for you. Visiting from out of state with family. Everyone was helpful and friendly. However, Brandie was exceptional. I was trying to shop and my 3yo and 7yo boys wanted to touch everything so it made me uneasy and it was hard for me to shop even with my husband with us. She entertained the boys, and I was able to explore, ask questions about the products, and pick out purchases without them breaking anything. Went to this location on Sunday 17 October 2021 with my wife. Store is very nice and well laid out, but the help was less than friendly. Other customers that arrived after we did were being greeted as they came in. We were there for about ten minutes before anyone even approached us. When we asked if they had a certain tea the lady behind the counter acted like she didn't have time for us and answered no in a curt manner.
