Lately haven’t been very pleased with Starbucks, not sure what’s going on but it has been awful twice, am the most simplest person you can ever meet and when I order my frappe that are literally simple Java frappe not sure how much harder that can get but the first time I changed it up alittle like two weeks ago and try the peppermint mocha frappe, I didn’t get a frappe they made it as hott and so I told her it was supposed to be a frappe and she apologized and told the lady what to make so they redid my drink right and so am excited to tried it and well it wasn’t correct at all, it was a regular tall mocha frappe :( so I called and told the woman who took my order and told me to come back to get a new one and I did and it made me sick and wasn’t good at all. I forgave all and wanted to try again because I got this awesome gift card from a guest where I work at and wanted to use it and so I did and this time I order my Java chip frappe nonfat n no whip, order was wrong all the way, was Oreos pieces and cream that’s it and I told her it wasn’t right and didn’t look right and she insist it was the correct order so I try it and omg I couldn’t even drink it I got nothing but sweet cream and my mouth and so I called again and told her this was incorrect and they wrote me down in the book but unfortunately I gave up on trying it again, not sure if the workers are getting or paying attention to what they are making or just winging it but something needs to be done please , I use to love it here and now I just don’t ever...
Read moreI frequent this location 4 times a week at minimum & normally have a pleasant experience- except when the lady with the short white hair is there. She is an absolute nightmare that should not be in any customer service job. She should be in the back somewhere with zero customer interaction. I have seen her be rude to other people while i have been in multiple times but i have always been able to avoid interactions with her until about 2 weeks ago. I placed a mobile order like always got there to pick it up in 10-15 minutes and it wasn’t ready yet- waited another 10 minutes and saw her making my drink THANKFULLY (wasn’t sure it was mine until she called my name) nonetheless it was made incorrectly and i let her know. I’m lactose intolerant and cannot simply just deal with it unfortunately. She proceeded to set the cup on the counter, clap her hands and say okay well tell me how to make the drink then. I said i just want it made like normal with oatmilk- I’m not sure of the ingredients. And she said no tell me how you would like it made- i said without dairy. She just stood there looking at me. I said forget it, grabbed the drink and gave it to my coworker. The iced brown sugar OATMILK shaken espresso is made with OATMILK in case “Glenda” with the white hair is still unaware. Read moreThis location is hit and miss and today was by far the worst I’ve experience. Granted it was busy which I’m pretty understanding of. However, when I have to wait 20 mins past my pickup time then you succeeded in ruining my morning. The drive thru was wrapped around the building, I placed my order for drive thru pickup to be ready by 7:44am. I get to the call box at 8:01, took several minutes to find my order to be told it may not be ready. I pulled up to the window at 8:10 and was told I had to come in because they are 7 drinks ahead of me. I go inside and stand for another 10 minutes until I shoved my way up to a cluster of people to find my drink was ready but my name was never called. Keep in mind, the girl calling orders read out all orders on the counter in case anyone was missed, mine was never called. So in short, in store pickup takes priority as well as drive thru. But if you order ahead for drive thru pickup it won’t be there until you check in. Which makes no sense that my order wouldn’t be ready when everyone in drive thru got theirs.
