The Cinnamon Bear Country Store — Restaurant in Fernandina Beach

I REALLY don't understand. Why can't businesses provide accurate information on line? It's their responsibility to update any changes in hours of operations. Website says they close at 10:30. Waiting on family member to join us and staff starts locking the door at 9:20. I ask what they are doing and am told they close at 9:30. I tell them the website says 10:30 and they look at me like I'm an alien. I expain we.are waiting on someone and all I get are more stares. So we decide to go in - they weren't happy with that - and ordered 5 cones. Our late family member showed up after they locked up behind us. While shopping in Amelia Island, I discovered the Cinnamon Bear Country Store, a gift shop that carries ice cream, candies, and unique souvenirs. When you walked in, you'll notice a yellow car with a Bear Mobile Miles of Smiles logo.

Some of my favorite items were the cookbooks (including Spectacular Spreads and Dessert Boards), thank you gifts, holiday ornaments, mosaic crab decor, enjoy each day! frog window plague, cat/dog ceramic planters, metal fish sculptures, flamingo painting, crab wine bottle holder, coffee/tea mugs, sea turtle and sea horse wind chimes, tropical stud earrings, jellyfish and flamingo glass bird bath bowl, and Queen x Vendula handbag and coin...

Cool store, lots of things. Excellent for souvenirs and little gifts for everyone. They have a little bit of everything. Clothing, bracelets, candy, ice cream, coffee mugs, etc.

Lots of things to see. This store is clean, neat, and well maintained. Parking can be a bit challenging just because this shop is right along Center St, like many other shops, parking is limited....
