Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Ferndale

I hate to give this rating because it’s not everyone that work here. So I have a specific person to point out. Sadly she’s a manager, YaYa is her name. She up charged me for everything I ordered and I never asked her to up charge me for large drinks and fries on the two meals that I ordered. This was because I asked if I can have all my condiments on the side. When I asked she went into the back where the cooks were and had everyone come to the door to look at me. That made me feel so uncomfortable, I didn’t realize until I walked away that I was charged so much. Also, I ordered two parfaits and wanted granola. She gave me Nuts after ensuring it was granola twice. Why be an a**hole to me if all I wanted was for my condiments to be on the side. I came back and told her the mistake she made and she went to the back and never came back. Then Janelle helped me and gave me actual CUSTOMER SERVICE. She apologized for what YAYA had done and told me that it is not how they do things at chic fil a. I really am disappointed to be treated in such manner. How...

The line can be intimidating, however the line moved quickly and we were able to place our order and got our food fast. The only thing is that they got my order wrong - no extra pickles and then my wife ordered a bunless club. Pretty simple...but order was incorrect. I get that things happen and it was busy so we just went with it. Then when we asked for sauces, they were out of every sauce.

At the same time, the staff there sort of ignored me when I then asked for ketchup and mayo. I got two packets of mayo and two ketchup and they walked away. And then again I had to ask for more ketchup and mayo as well as fork and knife...and again I was met with that same vibe.

Additionally, counter and eating areas could use some cleaning. Staff good but not particularly friendly. I get it...it's fast food at BWI but they need to work on a few things. Otherwise, it's Chick-Fil-A...it's awesome to alleviate some...

Firstly, you're getting price gouged when all the other food vendors agree not to raise prices past a certain point. A 12 count nugget meal costs $16.39 before tax, and down the street the same meal costs $11.69. Secondly, whoever owns this location should visit a proper CFA and learn something. Customer service in terms of friendliness or speed do not come close to other locations. After someone beckons you over to the register to order, you then sit in an awkward queue of people waiting for food with nowhere to stand. Orders come out at the speed of smell. Then you discover the cashier was a previous Starbucks employee, because your name on the order is nothing like the name you provided, or was visible on your badge. Once you sit down with your $17 fast food, you realize there's no dipping sauces. In summary, this location is a disservice to the CFA name and...
