Today was the first time me and my fiancé have visited this establishment. The food is good for what it is - not expensive, pretty quick, and a million times better than McDonald’s and Burger King. It’s giving what I’d expect to be served at a popular festival food stall. The chicken nuggets taste like they were taken from a Lunchable and deep fried (again, definitely not bad especially for what it is). The crinkle cut fries are as good as you can get. Don’t bother with the corn dog, just go to Sonic.
The customer service could be worked on just slightly as the workers seemed panicked and rushed. Speed was more than pleasant, kindness was left on the back burner. It doesn’t bother me as much, but I was only given 3 nuggets instead of 4. Considering the price, I’m not going to bother harassing the workers. But, I can’t say the same for other customers who frequent Chickfila.
I probably won’t visit again unless I want a milkshake or a delicious sweet tea. In terms of cheap, delicious food, Tops and Saigon are the best. No...
Read moreNot that good! Very disappointed - really not worth the money sadly. We were looking forward to trying this place and had high hopes. 1st and probably last visit here. If we'd eaten inside I'd have taken it back, sadly. I got the "Big" Double (cheese, bacon, grilled onions) tray and my wife had the Jr burger tray. The burgers are small, too small for the price considering the average quality too. Nothing "big" about the double burger, which had roughly about the same amount of meat as single at Wendy's or Whataburger (in my opinion). It tasted like the chemical charcoal that some of the chain burger places add, and the cheese tasted like the cheap plastic cheese too. The bacon was good and was a decent amount for the small sized burger. The fries were a good size and the toppings again had the low quality plastic cheese along with the other chosen topping. My wife thought her chilli cheese fries were pretty decent and said her burger was not bad, but it was smaller than expected even for...
Read moreBeing from North Carolina and the exact area where Cook Out originated, I had to try it. I was highly disappointed that they did not have barbecue or hotdog, which were the two things we were planning on getting before we got there. I feel like this is the main thing Cook Out was known for, but I guess I can understand regional menus. We had burgers, fries, cheese bites, onion rings, and milkshakes. I was also glad that they had Cheerwine at least…another North Carolina staple. They were all delicious. The customer service was great in the vehicle control in the parking lot worked out well.
We went a second time and got burgers again because they were delicious the first time. Dipping sauce they provided for the cheese bites…Awesome. This time I had a banana pudding, milkshake, and it was amazing. Still disappointed about the barbecue and...
