Another update: Today, I ordered several drinks. I paid .60 for extra cherries in one. I was once again brought a drink with no cherries. I spoke to Dillon who informed me that he put two cherries in the drink. However, there were none. He asked me how many I wanted and I told him I paid for extra cherries. He gave me three cherries. That is absolutely ridiculous. And on top of that, I am sure nobody at that store or whoever is supposed to be on the other end of this review even cares that they have such horrible service.
Update again: ordered several drinks, one without real cherries. Did not get the cherries and the response from corporate was the usual, “we will give you a replacement if you buy another again” It sucks to have to give this company more money to simply get the thing I already paid for but did not get in the first place. This is becoming a habit at this location.
Ordered a Rt. 44 diet Dr. Pepper with vanilla flavoring online. Had to go through drive through window to pick it up. The lady informed me there was no vanilla flavoring and offered a different flavor. I chose cherry flavoring since I couldn't get a refund. Then, she gives me a large size drink instead of a 44oz because they didn't have the 44oz cups and I couldn't get a refund. I paid for two things I didn't get. So I kindly asked for another one to be made & the manager said “well I made it so I know it was made correct but I’ll come look” then she proceeded to raise her voice with attitude & tell me she isn’t going to give me what I want (superb customer service right?!). I even told her she could take my drink back if she’s worried I wanted another. I have never in my life felt so disrespected for wanting a product I paid for to be made correctly… I then referenced that our medium ocean water tasted great & she said her employees must have made it wrong so she would fuss at them for it. I’d hate to have her as a boss because she threw her employees under the bus so quick. Not only was she extremely rude & had attitude, but to raise her voice and demand she wasn’t going to make the drink how I wanted is just unfathomable; I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service to the point of writing a scathing review. Considering her power trip as manager of sonic, I just took my incorrect drink home because to argue with someone so dense was beyond me. Read moreMy most recent visit was great 👍 my food was made perfectly and I was extremely satisfied with my small wait time, even though they were busy with lunch rush. The staff was knowledgeable about newer items that are not on the menu at this time. I received exactly what I had hoped for when grabbing something to eat. Fantastic team here! I have seen this myself. The communication skills exercised by the team here is what makes this store different from others around here. I do Door Dash and I frequently make deliveries for this location. The crew here acts like a real team. It's clear that the cooks are mostly seasoned cooks who have been in the restaurant business a long time. I love watching them prepare an order. Watching the crew call out the ETA of each item to get it bagged up properly and orderly. I hope the manager knows the FANTASTIC Team working here. Especially right now when restaurants are looking for ppl to hire literally everywhere. This store should give the employees a raise or bonus... something!
