Firehouse Subs Pensacola #4 — Restaurant in Florida

The point of me making this review is for my friend. The moment we walked in, the cook/cashier was super irritated-sounding already, but while my friend was ordering he asked the man to repeat something (politely, mind you) and the man immediately got an attitude. He wasn’t friendly to any of us, but got particularly pissy with him specifically. My friend’s a super picky eater, so he wanted just pepperoni and mozzarella. Didn’t even ask for a cheaper price or anything, payed the full price for less ingredients without any complaints. But when he got his food it was burnt on top, and cold in the middle. Cheese wasn’t melted, and the man put sauce on it anyway. An absolute mess. If it were me, I would’ve thrown away the whole sandwich in front of him, but my friend is too nice. Will most definitely not be returning to this location. But the other guy working was polite, it was just the one man we had a problem with. Older guy. The sandwich ended up getting picked apart as leftovers, which is what’s on the provided photo, but you can still see the burnt part and...

Called on my lunch break to get a order for pick up. I get to the register to try to pick it up and the cashier says there’s no order for me and asked if I called the right firehouse because there are 2 off of the road. And knowing me, I knew that was a definite possibility. So she asked if I wanted to start a order so I did. Once I got done ordering I went to go call the other firehouse to tell them sorry that I wasted a sandwich, I realized I had called the right one. So I go back up to the register to explain that I had called the right one so they could figure out what happened on their end. The manager quickly cut me off and said “okay but we still don’t have your order”. She was rude even though the mistake was on their end. I understand things happen but the way she acted was not needed. Will go to publix if I want a...

Let me tell ya...if you haven't tried their Brisket sandwich...it is scrumptious... Sadly, this particular Firehouse Subs was out of Romaine lettuce, so my friend wasn't able to order a salad (her system cannot tolerate iceberg). I suggested purchasing a case of Romaine from the nearest Publix, to tie them over till their truck arrived...but was brushed off. So my friend had to order something that she was just "ok" with. Not a big deal...and when she ordered the Romaine salad, he was kind enough to tell her the Romaine salad would come without, well, Romaine!!!🥴 The employees were all friendly. And the store was neat, clean and organized. Good place to eat, unless you want a Romaine salad that actually has...
