Pulled up at about 2030. Ordered the spicy fish 2 piece, was told they don’t do a spicy fish platter. Asked for coleslaw and Mac and cheese, the woman said they were out of Mac and cheese, so I just went with fries. I also ordered the jalapeño poppers. The only thing that was anywhere near fresh was the poppers. Everything else was cold as a coffin in December. I threw the fish, fries, and hush puppies in my air fryer to give them some life, but they were long dead. Those items had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Extremely dry and chewy, tasting like they had been dug from a grave. Go across the street to Taco Bell if you are looking for fast food, or look up a quick fish and chips video. Just ordered a pick up order with extra tartar, when my dad got home without any at all, I called back to tell them and they accused me of lying because he "personally put it in the bag" because of all the things I lie about getting, Im going to choose the tartar sauce 🙄🤣 very rude and unprofessional. If you don't like what you do for a living, there are plenty of other places hiring. You don't take it out on the customers. Now I will not eat my fish without tartar sauce and it ended up being a complete waste of my hard earned money.
