Burger King — Restaurant in Findlay

NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO HERE! We just got home with our order and the sandwiches are wrong. I called and was spoke to very rudely by the manager..Last name Phoneix. She put the phone down and was yelling at the top of her lungs in the background about me wanting them replaced another time (she had told me I couldn't get them replaced another time) and then just hung up the phone. Now she won't answer and must've taken the phone off the hook. I will be reaching out to corporate and I suggest that Jasmine (I called the Trenton Ave store to find out who the main Mgr is for the Tiffin Ave store) checks the video! This experience deserves a zero star rating! I'm not sure what issues Miss. Phoneix was having today but they certainly are not the fault of me or my son. She needs to be reminded that it's the customers paying her salary! She either needs to be taken off for awhile to get some help or fired! How she acted today should have NO excuses when it comes to customer service! I know people from one of my 2 jobs that go here every week sometimes multiple times a week. I will let them know about this and suggest they...

Waited at the counter for service for at least 6 minutes to get one of the three people that didn't really appear to have much to do before one of them finally came over to take our order. We got our drinks and there was only 1 lid in the lid dispenser. It was so gross and stuck to the holder and so much gunk around it that there was no way it could of gotten that way throughout the day. I let them know they were out. The response was "Really?". When I went to the counter to get my food, I asked the woman if she had ketchup, because the little cups were out at the ketchup dispenser. She pointed to the few packets on the tray an I asked if I could have a few more. She literally grabbed a handful and threw them at the tray with a few packets flying off onto the counter. How rude. We were the only inside customers there throughout our time there. There were maybe 4 tables that appeared clean. This should not be acceptable. So sad. We have always liked Burger King. May have to stay away...

We went for lunch today. I ordered the Spicy Jalepeno chicken meal. We paid for our order and was then told they had "nothing for that sandwich." I was then offered a regular spicy chicken meal which I agreed to. I let the cashier know that I would like the difference back as there was an almost $4.00 difference. She went and told the manager on duty I wanted the difference back and she looked at me and rolled her eyes. She then proceeded to be rude to the Male cashier about it when it wasn't even his fault as he had just come on duty and didn't know they were out of supplies. The manager did end up giving me the difference back.

Pay attention when you have to change your order, they don't offer to give you the difference back. I think they hoped I wouldn't notice...I work in customer service as a manager and I would never treat my customers the way that...
