Cliffs Notes Summary - I'm generally a big fan of Chipotle but was disappointed in dining here.
First, the layout of this Chipotle is poor. The queue for where patrons should line up to order their food is not well delineated. It also seems like seating is a precious commodity and dining for a group of 5 or larger may prove challenging. The redeeming portion of the layout was the "drive through" window for people picking up digital orders - love this! However, after reading reviews about order accuracy problems, I'm not sure I'd want to do the pick-up and inspection in my car.
Second, the food was "meh...". They had run out of fajita veggies around 8:30PM and didn't have any more that could be prepared. The chicken lacked flavor and the most noticeable flavor was that of blackened/burnt chicken. Also, my order generally consists of guac on the burrito bowl or on the side to go with chips. I found the guac to be bland as well - missing the noticeable flavors of lime, salt, and cilantro.
Third, the workers were pleasant and cordial in my interactions with them. However, there seemed like there were enough extra hands around who would've been free to help ensure that trash bins were emptied regularly. During our visit, the trash bin was overflowing and the mound was only building due to added trash so refuse would be "overflowing"...

I would say, the last 5 times I've ordered, Chicken as my protein, it was WAY, WAY to over-seasoned, to the point where it was almost inedible. Same with the rice, I can't tell if it's over-cooked, or dry. Better training needs to be implemented You have to pay almost double for portions you used to get 10 years ago. Management should fix this. Also, the parking set-up here, IMO, is asinine. Too many handicap, and mobile order spots, and not enough standard spots. We placed an online order at 12 waited in 45 minutes in the drive thru, understanding that the place was over worked once we reached the window they were incredibly rude and refused to even cancel our order, no matter how many times we asked to cancel our order they even threatened to call the police unnecessarily to get us to move the in the line however all we wanted was for our order to be cancelled. The lady said that we were a couple orders down and so we requested for our order to be cancelled then she said they were making it currently it was very confusing.
