People have been so mean and flocking to this place, it's like Canes all over again. I'm not sure what it is with Findlay people being so awful and entitled, but I can tell most of these employees new. This place is SO small and only 4 people working to get hundreds of bags of food out. These poor employees could not keep up with these orders plus the two managers seemed to be trying so hard to get orders out while training what seems to be brand new people I felt bad for them. Then they get all of these nasty people. How are they supposed to help their employees, manage angry customers, and get all of the food out? They were so nice even though it was so busy. I do think the place needs to be bigger and I hope those people are getting paid enough to be dealing with all of that or that whoever controls opening the store is making sure they aren't burning out those poor employees by basically throwing giant crouds of mean people at them or knows they should be proud of how well these few people are handling these dinner rushes. Canes got police and all sorts of help, but wingstop has had people lined out of the door and when I was there people were out the door and acting crazy and these poor wingstop people had no help or support and all of these nasty people expected their orders asap. I could see how hard they were all working and sweaty or tired they were, plus when I was in there some lady was yelling about a girl wiping her nose while making fries. The fry person was going as fast as she could. There is no requirement in Ohio for gloves as long as hands are washed but they were so busy those poor people probably didn't even have time to blow their nose, use the bathroom, or even stop. Yet this lady made a fool of herself complaining and screaming "I want a refund right now!!" Like a toddler who demands when she clearly could see those people were short staffed and trying to get other people's orders out, like she expected them to stop making other people's food just for her tantrum and immediate refund. The manager told her he doesn't control online refunds and she would not listen no matter what while he was still trying to make chicken for people. So embarrassing and nasty being what you would call a Karen. Everyone else stayed for their orders even after her tantrum but for some reason she felt entitled enough to cause a scene and slow down others food. She can't be that dumb, I know she goes to other food places where someone probably picked their nose and made you or or your kids a burger. Grow up. You should have cooked at home for you and your kids and not be fat and lazy, she was a young woman and her job especially at that age is to cook like a mother AT HOME. The nerve. You've gotten floor food and stuffed your face full without realizing, such a mean woman. The manager with a neck tattoo who was packing orders as fast as she could so people could get their food was very sweet and tried to handle that bully of a woman well, but ultimately the other manager came out and handled her as she wouldn't listen to the girls in the front or anyone for that matter. Sad to see we don't have many good or understanding people left I even saw she left a review and made it seem like she was the victim, while I and many others watched her demand and make a scene to these poor stressed out workers. When I came back to pick up a second order my son placed the manager with the neck tattoo also helped a woman with her baby carry a larger order of 4 bags to her car and even proceeded to get her drinks for her. The cashiers up front were very sweet too so I'm not understanding why people are being so mean. Remember these are people who make mistakes, and are learning. These are mothers, fathers, sons, daughters. They are people. You have no idea what people are going through, and its stupid chicken you dont need to ruin someones whole day over it. Your parents clearly did not teach kindness or respect. My son and I loved our food and I will be coming back just when there aren't so many nasty people coming in...
Read moreTo start, the food is great. The service? Horrendous. I absolutely hate that I love the food because I hate going in that store. The the workers (other than one cashier) are so slow and lazy. 90% of the time you will see atleast half of them just standing there on their phones. I saw one of them in the back area vaping. Right in front of our line of sight not even trying to hide it. The manager seems like a bundle of joy and is usually on her phone also or sitting down. The amount of time they gather talking or looking at eachothers phone, they could have made 5 orders that they get so back up on. They are so slow with everything when they do occasionally work. You wait usually over 30 mins or on busy days over an hour. I doordash also and avoid these orders like the plague. They ignore or they just say "just waiting on the sides" and then still wait 30mins still. Plus the place is always dirty. Drink area is always trashed and sticky. The workers seem incompetent and the managers don't seem to care about it and act the same way. They need an overhaul of everyone working there. They'd be better off closing and training an entire new staff that actually wants to work. Instead of paying employees to get annoyed when orders come in when the reason they get so behind is because they move like snails or rather worry about tik toks instead of the food.

Read moreI was excited to try their food today. I made an online order and went to pick up food. When I arrived it wasn’t ready, no big deal I didn’t mind waiting they were busy which I completely understood. When standing there waiting I witnessed the lady making fries not wearing gloves, and then proceeded to wipe the snot from her nose and continue making the fries. I was absolutely disgusted. I quietly asked to talk to the manager. She approached and I told her what happened, she went and had the lady wash her hands, and again didn’t put gloves on afterwards to continue making the fries. I then asked for a refund, at this point I was beyond disgusted. The manager said she needed to call her DM over for approval. I waited for him to come over and told him what happened and very rudely, he said your food is already done you can take it and go, then he proceeded to walk away. So I said I don’t want food with snot I would like a refund please. He then with an attitude said you’ll get it later after we close and I run the receipts of everyone we have to refund, I’m not doing it right now. I asked if there was a way I could get a written receipt or anything to ensure I get my refund. He said no I’ll get an email when it’s issued tonight.
