Jac & Do's Pizza — Restaurant in Findlay

The online ordering process is FLAWED it asks for your address and doesn't ask for your Jac n dos location. I placed a order and paid for that order online. I got a call from the store telling me I chose the wrong store for my delivery and oh well they were refunding my money ...that refund takes 5-7 business days to receive so instead of being good service and calling over to the correct location and having them complete the order since it was already paid for and the stores are connected . So not only did I loose out on the money I had set aside for dinner . I now have to figure out what to feed everyone. That is horrible customer service and the gentleman who called was rude and was not interested in coming to an mutual agreement to fix the situation!! This experience ruined Jac n Dos excuse me while I wait my 5-7 days for my money back because we won't be having pizza thanks to a FLAWED ordering system...be aware when you Google jac n dos and it says click here to order ...once you do that you put in YOUR ADDRESS leaving it up to the app to send to the right store by way of the address search !!!...

Growing up in Findlay Jac and Do’s was the go-to pizza place. Since leaving town in 197I I must have JD every time I return for a visit.

Living in Chicago for many years I became a big fan of deep dish pizza, which it’s tough to find where I now live in Central Florida.

I recently visited Findlay and dialed up JD on Tiffen Avenue. Placing my order I asked whether they offer deep dish and was told it would soon be added to the menu. With further discussion they agreed to make the deep pie for me to try.

Let me tell you - it was JnD-Deeeeelish. Pretty darned close to the best in Chicago, New York and San Francisco.

Their 12” deep dish with pepperoni, mushrooms, green olives, onions and green peppers could feed an army. Not only hardy, but tasty and savory. Traditional JD flavor with a great crust and “fillings” rather than “toppings”. I loved it. Everyone should add this new treat sa menu option.

I only have one suggestion … JD … you should DOUBLE your price!

The night time staff needs to learn how to correctly cook a pizza. I have to order a well done pizza every single time for it to even come close to being cooked and not raw let alone it actually being well done like I'm asking and paying for. And again tonight I ordered it well done and it showed up in under 30 minutes so I knew before I even opened it that it wasn't even going to be close to what I asked for. I ordered this exact same pizza a 14-in pepperoni well done a few days ago for lunch time hours and it was perfect, cooked exactly how it should be at all times. I've made it clear multiple times that I'm asking for it well done and almost every single time during the evening that gets completely over looked, so here I am yet again eating a lukewarm raw dough flat pizza which should be the easiest to cook properly. I've been very lenient and considerate throughout all of these pizzas but this will...
