I don't know what it is about fast food places in Frederick / Longmont in this area - but they ALWAYS get orders wrong consistently. This Carl's Jr is no exception. I bought a double Diablo combo, and when I get back to finally sit down, spoil myself with bad food after working all day - it's a double Western burger.
It's so very basic to make sure the right people get the right orders, and while I'm going to eat it regardless (because I don't have time to go back and get the correct order) - it's so very frustrating to not get what you want or pay for. I'd rather have just made something at home instead, saving money while at the very least getting what I'm craving, than spend money to not get what I ordered yet another time.
If you are going to order from here and taking the food to go, don't be like me and assume anyone does their job right - always check to make sure they have the order right, even if it means wasting their time by opening up the order completely and checking.
Normally, I'd give a pass if they were super busy when I ordered or they were understaffed - but they weren't, which makes it all the more...
Read moreWent through drive thru around 1:30 or so and ordered 2 California classic doubles, I ended up with 1 single California and a single regular cheeseburger I told the girl that isn’t what I ordered and that I had ordered them doubles. She was rude and took them back but with the attitude she gave me I did not doubt she would do something to my food, I went inside and asked to have them remade so I could see nothing was done to my food. I love Carl’s Jr I have had it for many years, but I will not be back and have to deal with that girl Carolina ever again. I’ve seen a lot of workers throughout all these years and I would admire the way they treated customers but not this time. Worst costumer service, very rude and unprofessional. Read moreI went through the drive-thru and ordered a single burger and a small order of fries. When I got to the window I could tell by the price something was wrong with the order. I asked her to repeat the order and she said a double burger. I explained that I wanted a single burger. The other woman came over they discussed it they changed the order I paid she handed me a bag. I get out of the parking lot and she had just gone ahead and given me the double burger. The manager here needs to train these lazy people to understand that it's not just about the money people want what they ordered for a specific reason I didn't want a double hamburger.
