As we drove up to the speaker, we heard yelling through it. Then the recording came on, my husband waited a minute, and then gave our order. The person on the other end clearly had better things to be doing than their job. We got to the window, a lady walked up to the window, (we assumed she was going to greet us and take our money like they always do) but instead she walked away. We sat there for a long while. We could hear yelling through the window, they clearly were having a great time inside and seemed to forget we were there let alone that they were at work with customers waiting to be acknowledged. The lady finally came back to the window, opened it this time and handed us our food, she didn't say one word. She acted as if she was just handing our food and we'd be on our way, my husband waived his credit card and asked if we should pay. She said something like "oh", and clearly was unaware that we hadn't paid, a guy came up behind her for some reason, it was odd the way he behaved. We paid, she did ask if we wanted our receipt and then said something to my husband in Spanish that we could not understand. This was by far totally unacceptable! We will never come to this or any Good Times again. The service at this location is usually pretty good, the younger people who work here seem to be really nice and good at their job, the way we were treated last night is beyond okay. How do grown adults act like this and expect for customers to be okay with it? I won't give you another chance, it was just too much last night. We have always supported Good Times over other fast food, but no more. Who cares if you're local and who cares if you have better quality food (you really don't anymore), if this is how we're going to be treated by grown adults. Also, the food was not good. We ordered banbino's, they were not...
Read moreA few weeks ago I went through the drive thru, everyone was nice, the problem I had was that they seemed to be out of a lot of stuff, but that doesn't reflect badly on the regular employees, that reflects badly on the managers or owner who do the ordering, not ordering the stuff they need to run the restaurant on a daily basis, that is the only reason I gave the food a 3 star, you can't give stars to food you can't get, we didn't get what we wanted, it sucked that we couldn't get the food we wanted, because they were out of stuff, wild fries and onion rings, also corn dog and one of the soda flavors my daughter wanted.
I could see through the drive thru window and hear someone being very loud. A man was inside, a customer, he was yelling at a young girl just trying to take his order, yelling because they were out of so many things, seriously... as if it was her fault, if you are having a bad day, don't take it out on innocent people who are also having a bad day, just trying to do their jobs, the poor girl ran into the back crying. What a horrible human being he was being, I hope he pulls his head out of his... you know what... and tries to be a better more understanding person, that poor girl in no way had anything to do with the fact that you didn't get to (chow down) on french fries, wild fries, or what ever it was you wanted that they were out of. The employees were already...
