I have attempted 4 separate time to order food here and the wait is always 1.5 to 2 hours long no matter the time of day. This is the wait time for people to receive their food once they have ordered and have sat down! That is unacceptable!
I called to place a to-go order as said I was able to do on the website on a weekday and was told by the owner that they are too busy to accept to-go orders so that option is unavailable for the foreseeable future, which is absolutely ridiculous! If you advertise that you deliver and accept to-go orders, this should be throughout all locations. And while I understand a longer wait time for to gos because it is busy, I do not understand being told I'm not allowed to place one. I would have happily waited to come pick up my food in an hour or two if given the chance.
Tonight was the final straw for this email as I had tried to call and get a possible wait time for food to see if I wanted to go wait there (they are 20 minutes away) the phone has either been taken off the hook or disconnected! This place has the worst possible management I have ever seen! I have been a waitress, cook, and manager of several restaurants and I understand the pressure of opening day... even opening week, but this has been the worst opening I have ever seen.
According to a few reviews online the noodles made people sick. How did this even happen? Does everyone that work there not know how to do their prospective jobs? I get trying to find a flow, I get trying to manage the constant stream of people with the line outside the door. This needs to be fixed. HQ should go in and help this owner fix what is broken so it runs smoothly and he can make more money and the business is run efficiently. At this rate I will NEVER try their food because I will not get an...

Minimum of seven employees were in the kitchen area while ONE employee was saddled with both taking orders and handing them out. I had to wait almost 10 minutes just to place my order, with only three people ahead of me when I walked in the door. Additionally, the customer area of this restaurant is TINY. Absolutely zero social distancing is even possible, and they were allowing customers to dine in. When I finally made it to the counter and ordered, I ordered a large chicken teriyaki bowl with fried rice and no veggies. The employee says "No veggies, got it. Anything else I can get for you?" I pay and wait a very short time, my order is handed to me in a double-knotted bag so I just leave since the place feels completely unsafe to eat in and I'm already irritated. When I get home and untie the bag to eat, there's peas and carrots in my rice. While peas are not "technically" vegetables, carrots are. The fried rice was lumpy and inconsistent; some parts overcooked and other parts undercooked, with clumps of still completely white rice throughout even after vigorous stirring and extra sauce from my fridge. Additionally, I was given a microscopic (literally less than half a shot glass) helping of teriyaki sauce for my LARGE bowl, which made a...
Read moreAre you kidding? Is this place good? My wife and I ate here for the first time this year. Our first visit was all we needed to be addicted. We tried going to several other locations throughout Colorado and were disappointed. It this Firestone location is never a disappointment. Quite the contrary! The high level of service tops those of the most fancy restaurants. The food is consistently delicious. Kayla, Cameron and Allie have been our go-to crew here. I’m telling you; If you want a consistent, pleasurable environment, with huge portions (large), happy employees who are always ready to help, fast service and DELICIOUS FOOD? Look no further. Whoever manages this particular location should be running this country!!
I tip my hat to the Teriyaki Madness, Firestone location crew!!
Thanks for providing us all with a reliable and consistent place to truly...
