I have to say, going to Popeyes was the worst idea I've had in awhile. It was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I understand this is a fast food place, but I'm almost beyond words. This trip was my first experience here, so we walked in not knowing how horrible it would be. I wanted to order the chicken nuggets, but for some reason they were unable to make them. Instead, I ordered the chicken strips which were two dollars more expensive. As the employee, it was Tino's responsibility to fix the price since it was their fault for not having the product I ordered. However, this did not happen. I almost walked out of the place right then, but I decided to let his incompetence go. We went to sit down, and realized none of the six available tables were clean. The floor looked like it had not been mopped in weeks. I did not feel comfortable eating inside, so we ended up eating inside my truck. I also noticed that none of the employees handling food wore gloves. Once we finally received our food, we noticed they never asked us if we wanted gravy on the mashed potatoes. This is a horrible mistake to make- never assume the costumer wants anything. Furthermore, they did not provide us with any utensils.. how are we supposed to eat the food without a spoon or a fork? I am truly dissatisfied with the customer serviced here. My boyfriend called the manager working and he was very dismissive and defensive. He insisted it was our responsibility to specify what we wanted and get our own utensils. I am surprised he has a manager position. He had no clue how to make a customer happy, all he wanted to do was be correct. His store was unkempt and despicable. My boyfriend is a manager elsewhere, and would have fired both of these employees on the spot. First and last time I will ever go...
Read moreWe live close to this location. Good food and most times fast service. However it’s a 50/50 chance that you get your order right. Today’s experience is so frustrating that it is somewhat funny: we ordered at drive thru, spicy chicken tender with a cherry cheese cake pie and a sweet tea, everything is wrong except for the drink. We found out we got mild chicken tenders instead of spicy when I opened the box (because the tenders didn’t have the glorious rim of red spice 🤷🏻♀️) so my husband went into the restaurant the 1st time. They took away everything including the plastic bag, tissue, sauce, and the cherry pie that may or may not be in the bag initially, didn’t bag the food after their correction. (I’m imagining them thinking: well you think we got your order wrong? Now you don’t get nothing else) Because we were only given the box for the chicken, it was easy for me to realize, where is our sauce and pie? So he went back a 2nd time, to beg for the pie we paid for. Well I just bit open my supposedly cherry cheesecake pie 5 mins ago, and found out it is a apple cinnamon pie....... this is just classic. And the cherry on top (which should have been in my pie), no one seemed to feel bad for messing up our order multiple times on all aspects.
Still love the food, still will go, I will make it an amusement event when I order from...
Read moreIm a local, Been here plenty of times. Today at 5:22pm (order #51 & #50) Was the first time I’ve ever experienced horrible customer service. While placing my order I mentioned I wanted a “Bottled water” with my meal, apparently to the lady taking my order “bottled water” was the joke of the evening by the way I said it. She was VERY unprofessional, knowing my family and I were waiting to receive our meals through the drive thru, she proceeded to make fun of the way I said “Bottled water” out load and nonchalant. I didn’t get her name but the name tag looked like it said “Lina, Linda”, she had long dark hair with red, tattoos, slim, fair skin color. Absolutely the worst customer service ever by her. Not the fact she kept making a point by the way “bottled water” was said, but the unprofessionalism and she’s wearing a grey shirt. Not sure if she’s a lead, manager.. whatever the case May be it was uncalled for. If she feels the need to make fun of the situation, wait until the customer drives away. She’s supposed to set an example.. lead by example, not degrade her customers in FRONT of them. Luckily I’m not a person to cause a scene, but how does she know what a customer is going through in that current moment or in life and or a disability, it’s disrespectful! Do...
