Order #98 2/4/22 I order food that I was delivering to a friend in Berthoud. To begin when ordering they did seem happy that 3 meals were ordered as I spoke with them during ordering, somewhat rude attitude during interaction. Burritos were wrapped horribly showing open parts of the burrito. Part of the order was for a vegetarian, they never signified which one was the vegetarian burrito. When I delivered the food the person didn’t even want the food anymore and it became a waste of my money. About a half hour later, I drove down back down to the location because I live in somewhat in the area of restaurant. I asked for a refund because I had to buy my friend a new meal from Wendy’s that was vegetarian friendly. She was very upset about her food, eating meat will cause her to get sick!!! Ask any vegetarian what happens when they suddenly start eating meat after not having in their diet meat for years!!! On the drive back from Berthoud, I attempted to call the phone number for that site and it constantly went to voicemail and the voicemail was full if you try to leave messages. When I arrived and requested a manager, they said no manager was available (understandable because it was 9-10pm at night). But then I requested a refund for poor service and almost potentially causing my friend food borne illness and they acted as if they refunded me, but there is no reimbursement for that one epic beyond burrito meal I requested. I had also ordered a burrito as well but it did have traditional meat in it and there was no way to tell which was which. I explained that this could have caused my friend to get sick! People should have to dig thru each other’s meal to find out either! Thats unsanitary, especially during covid!!! This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Someone could have simply used a marker to signify what product was what!!! And then to lie to a paying customer after making errors is even worse! I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else with specific food needs!!!
Don’t expect my business ever again!!!!! Nothing but horrible...

When we first moved to Longmont (a year ago) our first 3-4 visits were great. Older women worked the drive thru and were so nice, and so efficient. Our order was right & served quick every single time.
The past 3 times I've been (over 3 months), it's been a joke. Two of those times, I LEFT WITHOUT ANY FOOD. The first time, we sat in the drive thru at the box waiting to order for 11 minutes, I know because I counted. Twice I asked to order, and the person said "please continue waiting". So we left, along with 4 other cars. The second time we ended up ordering, but the entire time from order to receiving our food took 15 minutes at least, and when we got the food, the order was 100% wrong. So we had to wait another 10 minutes for the right order. The third time (why I went back, no idea), I went inside hoping it was different. I ordered and waiting 20 minutes. No food, no sign of any food. There was a couple in front of me STILL waiting and the drive thru line was going incredibly slow. I asked for a refund and left as soon as I could.
When I was inside, it wasn't that the employees weren't working or were working slow, they just didn't have enough staff. It looks like they are trying to do more things from "scratch" so it takes longer, but it isn't working. While I was in the restaurant, several people came back up after they got their orders because they were wrong or missing something.
I've gotten food faster at every other fast food restaurant, fast casual like Chipotle, and even sit down restaurants. Management here needs to...
Read moreI'm writing this as a last ditch effort for someone to appear to care about the service their stores are giving in Northern Colorado.
My family and I love the items on your menu but your stores cannot get our order correct. This is not a sporadic issue, it happens literally every time. We have wised up and begun checking our bags before leaving, often having to be insistent with your staff that they did not load everything into the bags. This last visit the staff missed over half the order and after calling 5 times finally got ahold of an employee to quickly passed me off to the store manager who claimed to write me a literal "I owe you".
Everytime I write to the feedback section on r the website I get a $5 dollar voucher and a generic sorry letter probably from a computer. The solution to this problem is easy. Everytime we use the drive thru we observe 2-4 employees behind the counter literally staring on their phones. Speaking to these same employees feels like you are asking them to go out of their way to do something simple.
Like the title says, this is a last ditch effort to save a prime location from being ruined by poor policy and a clear lack of leadership. I rarely write reviews online but we keep getting disappointed by very visible, simple neglect.
If you are going to eat here, I encourage you to check everything you order and to not be afraid to be "difficult" to get what your hard earned...
