Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fishers

Ordered a bagel sandwich with no egg because deathly allergic on Doordash. Called trying to confirm they got my order note but nobody picked up. Order arrived with egg. Update: Went to location and saw they were very understaffed. Clearly a lot of business going on and they were quick to remake my sandwich and offered some donuts and drinks as an apology. All's well that ends well and still a great place for a good breakfast sandwich and coffee.

Update update: Never mind. It seems they get my order wrong every time (up to about 4 times now, but the last few they've corrected quickly when requested). Had to drive back up this time because I didn't check a remake that we were assured was correct (they read off my order exactly). While waiting on the remake, the staff was telling me it was my fault for not asking them to read the order back, ironic because they did in fact assure me there was no egg. During this, another customer came up to give the cashier a $20 dollar bill for their excellent customer service, thinking me some kind of Karen. Update: This location has improved a TON over the last few months. They seem to have a better trained staff, so the line is going faster and my coffee order is right (yay!). They have missed my hash browns on 2 different occasions, but I'll take that over 30 minute drive thru lines and incorrect coffee!

I'm here about 4 days a week getting coffee. I deal with the fact that they hadn't opened their lobby and it's a 20 minute wait most days, and that my coffee order is frequently incorrect, but today they crossed my line. They only gave me 1/2 of my order. I attempted to knock on the window because I didn't have another 30 minutes to wait in the drive thru again for my breakfast, but was stared at then ignored (despite showing them my bag and having been through the drive thru 30 seconds before). Maybe I'm just hangry because I should be eating my breakfast and instead I'm smelling my kids breakfast and out $5 for food I didn't receive. I am a new englander and come from a 34 square mile city with 26 dunkin donuts within that tiny city you are never more than a half mile from a dunks. This is the only dunkins I have gone to in Indy area that is worth anything. The staff during the weekdays are absolutely amazing, they have my order memorized and I have never had and issue. They have learned the way of the melted sugar that us new englanders love so much, and they DON'T roll their eyes when I ask, or tell me I can just get liquid sugar. (Which is NOT the same at all) they make it with a smile and before I even get in the building most times. Two of the girls that work there stand out to me specifically as being top notch (I should have asked their names for this review). These girls should get raises or promotions, they are the poster girls for being the best you can be at your job and going above and beyond to create a good customer experience. Also, a side note.
