So, I very rarely write poor reviews (as you can see in my profile), but I’ve noticed such a change in this place over the years.
Lived in Fishers for 20 years. Been going to this location since it opened.
The last 6-12 months this is what I’ve noticed…
-Prices keep going up. I get everything is becoming more expensive, but from a percentage standpoint, they’ve taken huge increases.
-Portions keep going down. The last BLT I ordered, truly had to do a double take. Bread was very small, toppings were limited. It was noticeably 20-30% smaller than what the average used to be. You can’t cut portion size, then increase costs and expect to keep loyal customers.
-Lettuce has gotten really bad. At times brown, and an odd taste. I’ve thought about just asking them to no longer put lettuce on my sandwich, but then it just gets even smaller.
-Service is a lot slower. Never used to wait more than a minute or two for a sandwich. Waiting 5+ minutes now is common. I guess that wouldn’t be bad if the business hadn’t been built on speed and quality. The freaky fast has been absent for a long time now.
Additionally, a lot of these workers look at you like a deer in headlights when you come to the register. Often times there’s very little speech directed towards you. The other night 5 people behind the counter and after 30 seconds they yelled at the guy sweeping the floor to come ring me up. Poor kid had very bad communication skills.
Like I said, I don’t like to write negative reviews, but this location has gotten noticeably worse and worse. For the increased prices I expect more and for the time being will shift to Potbelly.

This is time number two that I ordered from you guys and I am not happy. Time number one my sandwich was wrong but it took so long I ate it. I even offered to come and get it after an hour and a half and was told it already left the store and then it took another hour to get to my house and I live 3 mins away!
This time my sandwich was wrong AGAIN and the driver sat the freaking food on the floor. Our front door was open and I had just told my fiance to get up to grab the food. Mind you, I already tipped the driver 4.10 on a 20 check!
Also, on your menu in store, the beach does not come with tomatoes but your website and in store sandwich makers say it does and no matter where I go y’all still put tomatoes on it unless I ask for you not to! Fix it! Total discrepancy!
Btw I also still paid for my fiance sandwich because he didn’t have a problem eating porch food but I clearly did. I was also told when I called that I would have to wait 2 mins to talk to a manager after I saw my sandwich was wrong and it was put on the ground.

The beach cut in half No tomatoes Extra cucumber Add onion Add oregano and basil Light cheese
My sandwich had regular amount of cheese which is four slices…too much for my stomach, no tomatoes, regular cucumbers, no onions, no seasoning….
If I wanted to leave the house I would not have ordered carry out but I won’t order...
Read moreNot sure if this is a problem for this store in particular or with the whole website in general. I tried to order delivery to my house and wanted to pay with a credit card. I usually do not tip on my credit card, and will instead give delivery drivers a cash tip. When checking out and trying to complete my order the website told me multiple times that my card's security code was wrong, that it was expired (it is definitely not) or that I could not use my address for delivery. I have gotten Jimmy johns delivered before so I know this is not the case. I tried multiple times on my computer, and then ending up switching to a different computer and it failed every time.
