Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Fishers

I’ve always liked this location but lately customer service has been very disappointing. I understand everyone is struggling with labor and supply shortages but customers are still paying full price. I was the second person in line, there were two associates at the front desk but they were very flustered and at one point three associates were assisting one client. Finally, it was my turn. Initially I was handed an incomplete order, I had to point that out. I had ordered and paid for a family sized salad but was handed an individual salad. There were about 10 people behind me and I had been waiting for 15-20 minute already so I just grabbed my order and left. I wrote to Marco’s on twitter, they sent me a link to fill out some form so they can correct the issue. We LOVE Marcos. They are our go to pizza place. But tonight may have cost them us as customers. We were given an hour wait time. Its Friday so fine. We call an hour and 15 later and told our order was LOST and it would be an additional 30. Well my fiance heads up there after 30, he passed the delivery guy. We placed an order at 7:15 and did not get our pizza until 9:30. To make it better, the pizza was cold, we were missing the 2 liter or Sierra mist and only received one cheese sauce and ordered 3. Waited over an hour and a half for a pizza. Never got one. Manager was cussing at customers and kicking them out for asking about their order. Lying saying they never placed an order. Just anything to get them out. Other employee was stacking finished pizzas on top of each other and throwing the tickets to the side. There was 17 people waiting at one point we could all see them taking the pizzas out the oven and boxing them. Not one of us got a pizza.
