Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fishers

My parent's and I ordered a pizza from pizza hut. We got a large thin and crispy crust pizza with Italian sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms. We got home with our pizza and were getting ready to sit down at the kitchen table and noticed that nobody had cut the pizza after it came out of the oven. When it came out of the oven, the employee just though it in a pizza box and closed the box and put it in the warming over until I picked it up. I had to then try and cut it myself. I was very disappointed. I even filled out a survey online from Pizza Hut and never heard another word from them, so I take it they don't want my business. I ordered 2 thin crust pizzas, 1 cheese 🧀 and 1 Italian sausage. Both 🍕 pizzas were hot and fresh as I placed my order at the counter. I had pre-ordered the pizzas by phone, my phone had a out of area area code and my home 🏡 zip code was from my home in Illinois. When I went to the store to pick up my order, they said they didn't have a record of my order. I showed them the phone number I called from my phone and they confirmed the number is the store number. So a word of caution, if you are a visitor to the area and your area code and zip code are not familiar to the phone order taker, they may not place your order. I called in my order at 12:40pm and the woman who took it was great! When I picked up my pizza at 12:55pm the man at the window wasn't wearing a mask. It makes me wonder if anyone inside was? The pizza was hot and correct,although I ordered extra cheese and it's never all thick and stretchy like the commercials. I won't go back until I can get my vaccinations for covid.
