I rarely write reviews but feel it is VERY necessary in this situation. I attended a networking event at MashCraft Fishers yesterday. I was with a group of maybe 50 people. At first I thought it was a great place with pickleball, appetizers and beer/wine for all the enjoy. Then at the end of our event one of the members had had to much to drink. I had not drank much at all so I volunteered to drive her home while someone followed me and brought me back to further mingle and get my car. When I came back the bartender at the bar singled me out, told me because I was WITH the person that had to much to drink they would not serve me. It made no sense. I wasn't drunk. I hardly drank. The entire group were with that person. She didn't cause a scene or do anything wrong either. She gladly let me take her keys and drive her home. I was humiliated and upset by the treatment I got. Everyone that was there felt the same way. WHY would you be rude to someone that did a good deed? I have a serving liquor license and worked in bar business for years. Your job is to not overserve someone not isolate and be rude and belittle a sober person that helped out! I will NEVER EVER go back there and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to either....
Read moreBeer was good. Food took an hour and fifteen minutes, which was weird because the resturaunt was about half full. Tater tots in the tachos were massively under done. The meat on the tachos was pizza sausage and gristled beef. The menu stated sauted chicken and beef. My fish and chips came out very hot and portion was fair for 10 dollars. They didnt have tarter sauce as stated in the menu and the breading was not seasoned and was very bland. My fries came out hot but were definitely raw. Over all it seemed like they ran out of food, went to Kroger and picked up some groceries, then came back and served us what they could find. All in the hour and fifteen minutes we waited. Just an odd experiance with no explanation for the amount of time it took to get our food. In the time we waited we got one apology from the waitress, whom we dont blame. I only gave two stars as I would give one but the two beers we had we very good and if your looking for a beer, this place...
Read moreMight have been a bad day to go for a first visit? I get it, it was an Oktoberfest event, but some issues. I had Googled the place before going and I did appear to be in a strip mall... I figured it was more like a giant brewhouse or multiple fronts... Nope, smaller than an average store. Parking is absurd; Seating is even worse. There were multiple tables taken up by large groups with no one seated at them. There were items on the tables and they weren't cleared off- so we assumed they were in use? They were too close to the band for my kids anyways. Place was considerably understaffed. They did there best to keep up but definitely needed help. Finally found a spot to order. Ordered a beer- asked for the large 32oz. 'Oktoberfest' stein- was told that is a "to-go" size only. Asked for the biggest and was brought what (I think?) was a 14oz. -laughable for Oktoberfest. Beer was ok and food mighta been a little overpriced. Nothing in the place to really...
