Great food, horrible service! The minute we entered, my Black family was not greeted and did not feel welcome. The staff continued with their conversation with not acknowledgement of us. I had to get the staff's attention to ask questions about portion sizes and what food was available. After we ordered, I followed up with a question and an older woman told us to sit down and that the food was coming. There was a man at the counter who was much more friendly and engaged in answering our question. Again the food was flavorful, fresh and tender beef! However, it's not worth it when the service experience...

This place was, OK. My son had the spaghetti very good, pollo guisado was surprisingly dry not saucey at all, and the platano Maduro was so dry I don't know how they can consiously serve it to their patrons. Mangú was ok. There was one person serving, simultaneously ringing people up and answering the phone. You can imagine the wait. Small steam table of food with less than usual amount of sides ready to serve. This is supposed to be Dominican cuisine and it was mediocre. I won't be back. Save yourself the Trip and go to Marias's kitchen in Worcester, more than one person serving with many options to...

The worst experience ever!!! I placed an order arpumd 7:15 ish through door dash and it was a little over $40 plus $10 tip. Said order would arrive around 8:18pm. Now i have 4 kids, 2 disabled seniora and myself to feed. So the hour goes by and the tracking system says 2 mins away. Then about 10 mins later i get a text saying your order has been canceled due to the restaurant being closed!!! ARE U KIDDING ME!!! We waited over an hour for an apology and a refund that i will receive in 5-7 business days meanwhile now i have to figure out how to feed us for tonight. Thank but no thanks...
