Normally I would give this place 4 stars. They are quick, the prices aren't bad, and the food is pretty decent (though a few things are somewhat lacking in flavor). Though I'm not usually one to base my opinion on one incident alone; I was in a situation tonight where I had to speak directly to the boss and the circumstances which caused the issue in the first place could have been dealt with in a far more appropriate manner. Therefore, I am changing my rating to one star after my experience tonight. I ordered a combination plate which includes 5 different appetizers and comes with rice, which is what I typically order. I have been a frequent customer at this establishment for about three years now, ordering every couple of months or so and I don't usually have an issue. Tonight, I began eating my meal immediately upon delivery and noticed right away that the first item I tried was undercooked. I then put that down and proceeded to try a bite of the other items, and found them also to be undercooked. Things that would normally have a crunchy coating were falling apart when I picked them up, nothing was golden brown that should have been, and the chicken was still pink and very obviously not safe to eat. I have had orders arrive tasting a bit more "rushed" than usual, but have never felt it was bad enough to complain. This food was DEFINITELY unsafe to eat and quite disgusting. That being said, for the first time ever, I decided it was worth calling in about. The employee who answered the phone knew who I was, which just goes to show that I AM, indeed, a repeat customer at this restaurant. He asked me to hold on a moment so he could put this manager on the phone. When she got in the line, I started off by apologizing for the complaint, and went on to explain the issue. For over 5 minutes, she tried every which way to avoid replacing the food. She kept insisting that I was mistaken, and that the issue could not be undercooked food. I explained that I am very familiar with this combination plate, as I get this exact same thing almost every single time I order and, as I said earlier, have been ordering for several years now. I pointed out the fact that I order frequently enough for her employees to recognize me when I call, and made it clear that I have never once called to complain. I remained polite, as I've worked enough customer service jobs to know that it is quite unnecessary to be rude in these situations; but she wouldn't stop arguing with me. After almost 10 minutes, i finally gave up and my food was never replaced. Needless to say, I am quite disappointed and will avoid ordering from Fitchburg Jade...

When they answered my call i asked for a delivery nicely and when i was making my order and giving him my info from my card to pay with my credit card he was giving me an attitude telling me i was giving him the number too slow but i was doing it slow because he couldn't hear me so i nicely was giving him the numbers slowly so he can get it all so then with an attitude he asked for them faster faster so i did then he said what, what were the numbers again can u speak normal🤔 um hunny i am speaking normal i speak perfect english. So then he said ok ok u talking too much give me the numbers hurry up🤔 um again ur the one talking too much because ur arguing there telling me to tell u the numbers faster then u ask what were they then u say u didn't get them then u say to give them to u faster then a lil more faster like hello im not a machine. Then when i gave it to him way faster he couldn't get them and was getting mad at me. Idk but the way he was giving me the attitude for noooo reason i think wasn't necessary and it shouldn't happen he needs to treat his customers right and with respect. I honestly dont think this place should even be open at all with all the BAD reviews i been reading from a lot of people about this restaurant and the person on the phone. Read moreI have never experienced the worst delivery service in my life ! I called to place order at 7:01 pm. I ordered 3 super specials for me , my husband , 5 year old and 1 year old.After an hour passed I called back to ask when we will recieve our easy order and the guy said its on its just left on its way.( I only live maybe 5 min away driving) At 8:16 I called back and said I dont live 20 min away and asked again where my food was,at that point they had put me on the phone who was the driver and he said he will be here in roughly 30 min. So still at 8:49 I called AGAIN, they said the driver just left the building and will be here...... its now 9:15 pm and I had to cook my 1 year old and 5 year old dinner so that they could go to bed! Never once did they offer money off or something extra . Finnally at 9:31 we recieved our food! IT WAS ICE COLD!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE...
