McDonald's — Restaurant in Fitchburg

It gets very busy & hectic there nearly all day long. Normally customers service is good but lately it's been unprofessional & very unpleasant. There's a big loud mouth Caucasian lady, with a ponytail, big lips with glasses that have a terrible attitude. Looking like a beat up Pokémon from 1,000 universe away somewhere. 🤣 She is just plain rude & nasty to her coworkers, yelling out orders knowing it's on it's way. They've let her know, which is good to speak up!! She is one of those people that likes to act up & show off, especially when the room is full. Then she have the nerves to talk terribly about Door Dashers (I'm not a dasher). She needs to be let go, fast food chain is not for her. Today 4-14-23 at around 2:15 - 2:30 p.m an older lady with a red or magenta hair must hate her job, too!! Her attitude was ugly & nasty like her face. It's hot out, we all get it but a job is a job! Work elsewhere if CUSTOMER SERVICE is not for you. At the end of the day everyone is tryna make ends meat or dine in trying to enjoy the beautiful day. All she had to do was bag delivery foods & hand orders to those that dine in. She was just miserable & need to work in the back. Managers there need to have a meeting & place the right people where they are great at. Sometimes they even ignore the customers, especially the delivery drivers. I feel bad for them when I go in. It's even sadder when you have to teach & tell your kids not all humans are good. Prime example there if anyone wants to teach their youngins! Meet each other half way & stop being a...

The night manager Cody (sp?) Is rude, and lacks both compassion and empathy.

I work a full time job as a public safety officer and doordash at night to make ends meet. I had just completed an order from this McDonald's and was navigated back to the location, as it was a previous "hot spot". When I parked, I saw a young man park his car, knock on the glass, and was let into the building. I had a "call of nature" if you will, while waiting for an order, so I got out of my car and went to the same door the other gentleman had just entered. I lightly tapped the window and motioned toward the restroom. "Cody" came to the door and opened it slightly, peeking out. I am still in full uniform- mind you- duty belt and all, and very politely asked if I could use the restroom. I informed him that I was the last Dasher to pick up/deliver food and had been driving a while.

To my ULTIMATE SURPRISE, "CODY" SAID... "I CANNOT LET ANYONE IN THE BUILDING AFTER 11PM." .....then shut the door in my face and walked away. Even the employee standing by looked appalled.

Maybe this doesn't matter on the grand scheme of things, but a little kindness and being polite goes a long way. Plus, to add insult to injury, he lied RIGHT TO MY FACE. LOL. Who hurt you Cody?! I'm sorry you are so miserable, but I didn't make you that way.

Just got to work, stopped at McDonald's John fitch, nobody in line, wanted to get 2 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. Placed my order,.. up to 1st window., girl asked if my order was 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits. I corrected her,..sausage, paid close to 11 dollars, (burger king has 2 sausage sgg and cheese eggnormous burritos for a buck more). But I digress. At 2nd window I was asked to pull forward to the #1 waiting spot.. 10 mins later a young lady came out with a bag that easily could be seen as a Styrofoam plate in it., I asked, what is this? It was 2 sausage egg and cheese, no biscuits in a plate... told the girl again, I want 2 sausage , egg and cheese, biscuits... she went back inside, manager came out, I assume, told her what I wanted, also mentioned I had to go to work, 11 cars from drive thru went by me. She goes back inside. 10 more mins. Out comes first girl with a bag, I opened and looked in it, 2 biscuits wrapped up and I could see the egg....thinking about how nice they were to me not throwing a hash brown, or coupon for my problem...ok no big deal. Arrived at work, now eating a BACON , egg and cheese biscuit. Bacon is horrible, biscuit is dry, lesson...
