My 3 yr old girl only likes the toppings on the ice cream so we usually have the toppings put aside in a separate small cup (this idea was originally suggested by the worker in the store). So we went there again last night and asked for the same thing. The Indian manager whose name is Dee walked by and told the worker and us that we cannot do that and the toppings must be either put on top of the ice cream or mixed. I did not want to fight, especially when my 3 yr old was standing right next to me. I said "put on top". Then I asked for second topping - the frozen strawberry. My kid liked it last time, so I asked for a couple of them. The manager Dee came back again and told us that we can only have ONE strawberry!!!!??? What the heck? It is the worst experience ever! These cheap toppings??? I can buy a bunch of them anywhere with $5. I told the manager Dee this would be the last time we come here. She said LOUDLY that is fine. We will not spend one more penny at Marble Slab Creamery if Dee is not fired. She does not care the customers at all, for sure. I have no idea why she could be hired anyway. I will share my story...

Marble Slab was running a promotion on all their social media that if a customer showed up and ordered a small or larger size ice cream, they'd get a small ice cream for free. No mention of any coupons or app rewards or anything, you just had to show up and order at any US location. We went into this store and asked about the promotion as we ordered, and the employee insisted we had to have a paper coupon. The manager was also in the back answering phone calls and telling people they had to have a coupon. We even showed the employee the social media posts, but they refused to give us the free ice cream. Read moreOur last two visits to Marble Slab were very disappointing.. last month we visited and there weren’t any waffle cones so I had a waffle bowl which turned out to be stale and awful tasting so it was thrown away. Today, July 26th at 4:30 pm, we visited again only to find out no waffle cones again and my husband’s favorite flavor, dark chocolate flavor was finished by the person in front of us in line, There were three staff members in the store. After the young man who waited on us told us there were no waffle cones and we decided to leave the store, he went about making himself an ice cream drink and went in the back to enjoy it. My question is why wasn’t he making waffle cones? If we decide to venture again to your Marble Slab store I will call first and if there are no waffle cones again, we will stop going and visit another Marble Slab.
