Disclaimer this is based on my experiences and opinion.
This location is struggling to operate efficiently compared to other pizza inn locations around. At times you will either go a long time without refills or have to get them yourself. Usually not a long wait to be seated even if they are busy. Servers are great at clearing tables to get more customers inside but not great at serving. In addition, You may be waiting a while for pizza especially during the busy times but I prefer it a little busy, otherwise its slow for any fresh pizzas to come out. I spoke with the owner twice now about issues I have experienced inside the restaurant. Things only appear to be going down hill definitely no better experiences. Communication does not appear to be great among the employees and management. One employee does it this way and the other this way. No consistency. First time i spoke with owner, I was told Pizza Inn recently done away with the app and rewards apparently because people were taking advantage of that by creating fake accounts and getting a free dessert pizza. If true, that is wrong and no way for a business to stay successful. However, I lost all my rewards that I earned by being a loyal paying customer. The owner told me as a result they went to a card punch system. I was given a punch card and punched the # of buffets I purchased. The next time I came in the owner was off. The cashier said we are now being told by the owner to only give one punch on the card, even though i paid for three adult buffets. I pointed out to the cashier the fine print on the card that reads, “customerS will receive one punch per adult buffet purchase…..”. She acted like I was doing wrong by asking for two other punches. She said if you want credit for all the adult buffets I have to punch one hole on three separate cards. This blew my mind because this was my family, on the same bill, with me. Now, they have to hold their own cards separately when you pay together as a family. Pizza Inn seriously went from an app rewards system were you did not have to keep up with a card, to a card system that each family member must keep up with to get one punch each time, despite it all being paid on the same bill. The owner confirmed today that is the way they will be doing it going forward. To me its a punishment to their paying customers that is not trying to take advantage. The fine print is twisted and misleading. I have never seen a business act this way towards honest loyal customers with their “rewards system” or punch card. The owner said if they punch each adult buffet you buy on the same card you would be redeeming it all the time. That is the point in having a rewards system!! If I BUY 10, I get ONE free… I wished the owner nothing but luck moving forward. Next time, I will not drive around the corner but drive to the Duncan location that seems to operate more efficiently, under different rules, and more consistent (in...

Overall: When a restaurant is this pathetic there is only one person to blame --- THE OWNER!! Iama Critic has NEVER seen a restaurant so NOT READY to serve customers, yet there were employees all over the place doing nothing.
$9.91 The Buffet - 1 star At 7pm, prime dinner time, on a Friday Night, with limited patrons, and the only thing there was to eat, LITERALLY, was salad. Even the pasta and sauce was so disgusting, it looked like the same pan had been out all day, with every kid in the restaurant dropping his own special ingredients into it.
So we special ordered three of our own pizzas hoping to get something to eat, but we were never served them. 15 minutes later a so called chef came out and told me they "WOULD NOT" make the pizza I ordered. I made the chef explain. And sure enough they could make the pizza I ordered, but they SIMPLY REFUSED TOO.
He said they would not make my pizza because no one else would eat any of it. What they fail to understand is that by this time I could have eaten the entire pizza myself!
So not only would Pizza Inn not serve anything more than single topping pizzas for most of the night, when there was any at all, they even refused to make customer ordered pizzas.
TOTAL AND EPIC FAIL!!
So do yourself a favor drive to CiCi's, Frodo's, Gattii's or even Stevi B's right down the street. Better yet, drive down the street to Sam's Club, where you can get a delicious 18" three meat pizza, or an excellent supreme pizza for a measly $9 and you won't have to suffer at this dump

Read moreI was very satisfied with my experience at this Pizza Inn. Food was fresh, hot, and fast (and I saw service staff quality checking items that had been out for longer with frequency, and taking away unfinished items that I assume they felt were no longer fresh enough to serve to customers), as well as very good. This Pizza Inn fully lived up to my expectations of this type of restaurant. I only did the salad bar and pizza, so cannot speak to the pasta station. For us and from a value perspective, we are never going to be able to eat enough for the buffet to be worth it from a quantity perspective, however; we find the value comes in being able to have such a large variety of items all in one meal. As such, the price (I think around $15 for an adult) is well worth it.
The service staff were extremely nice and welcoming, especially the gentleman in the wheelchair who spoke to us while we were waiting for a seat. My sole complaint, and seriously, this barely mattered to us, was that there was some pizza pieces on the floor next to us. However, I feel like this was more due to the numerous young children at the table next to us rather than inattentiveness by the wait staff. We dined on Saturday; it was busy. These things happen. If the trade off was one less person quality checking the food so that there was an additional on floor cleaning duty, I truly would not have taken that trade off.
Pizza buffets are unfortunately seemingly disappearing. While I appreciate very much upscale pizza places and other types of restaurants, a pizza bar restaurant is a unique and, to me, nostalgic experience. If you feel the same, this location should be...
