Del Taco — Restaurant in Flagstaff

I wouldn’t recommend del taco in flagstaff. If it was the last food on earth. Making an order to the drive-through that I had to repeat three times. Asking them to please turn Up or switch out the headsets because he kept saying he couldn’t hear me. I was called horrible names that I can’t write here. My engine was already turned off after the second attempt to tell the order. I even wrote the corporate and complained and absolutely nothing was done. No response was given not even and I’m sorry. After being disrespected and put down to that extent and be called those horrible awful names for asking for compromise since my engine was off and I was practically standing at the speaker. I could’ve even pulled forward, however, as I was offering when he was offended upon asking to turn up or maybe change the headset cause the battery could be going I was disrespected, not only by him, but the manager on duty. . Now, after managing the store quite some time ago.. I know that Mary, my district manager or my GM wouldn’t go for it . The immaturity that went down. The lack of management training, skills etiquette, and so much more. And then the manager repeating. I left to drive-through at first just to get away from the situation. But as I drove down the road, my soul was hurt. I looked at my friend and asked was I rude? Was I wrong was whispering Was it me at all? To please be honest with me. My friend with tears in their eyes should absolutely not. Do not go to Del Taco in Flagstaff I mean, unless you’re a friend of whoever you might get treated right. The children that run the store at night absolutely not. The disrespect was so hard to let go and then the manager no response to GM no response corporate no response. . Maybe it’s time to shut it down just my opinion. Yes I’m still very bothered by my experience. All of this is true 100%. This is my opinion and my experience you guys do what you want, but I’m not going Without telling...

Manager was taking the orders. Was very pushy on the ordering screen. Then when i got to the window. Forcefully pulled the money out of my hand. Pushing my change into my hand. Got my order wrong. When i went back to see if they would correct it. She told me they charged me for only what i got. But it wasnt even what i ordered. No receipt to prove them wrong ow show proof. They printed out a general receipt with out a total on it. The manager didnt even know how to use her own register. Had to ask Employees. Which even then. Didnt get what we needed to solve the issue. I said it ok. Have a good day. She was snobby. So i asked for a manager which happened to be her. She told me that i have to understand that i need to be respectful as well. I asked her what i did that i deserve to be treat like that?

She said that she asked if i was ready to order 5 times. But there no reply. Cause i never got a chance to.

This isnt the first issue I've had with this place. I will not be going back. And i do not reccomend them.

Food was gross and ended up throwing it in the trash. Sont waste your money or energy ...

Unfriendly staff... No greetings, no thanks or your welcomes. We even said have a great day with staff giving silent treatment other then saying "what do you want" and "is that it" while giving me look as if my children and I are their enemies!! Food was rushed quickly to us and cold meat served which was all on one end of the buritto plus it was an open buritto, quesadilla was cold and shredded cheese got everywhere when opened (cold), taco shells were out dated by the smell and texture, everyone's meals were tossed and no one enjoyed any part of what they gotten. This happened when we decided to give them a 2nd chance! Brief in last visit, staff was more verbal, food was just made very sloppy and tacos all broken as if someone elbow the entire bags of food before handed to us. I would not care to revisit this location. Staff was not trained properly or the owners don't care so they lead the same examples. BEWARE of the unfriendliness and partially prepared food!! I would not give anymore chances to...
