EDIT: I'm taking off another star, because they keep messing up my food orders. The last two times I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich (I don't eat pork), they put sausage on it. I am ordering through the app, so I know that they aren't mishearing me at the speaker. The last time I even asked the employee at the window "No sausage?". He confirmed "No sausage." I got home and realized the sandwich had sausage. Both times I reported this through the app and got a refund, but I would prefer to just have my orders made correctly so I can actually eat the food. The Good: I truly enjoy their coffee drinks. Their iced coffee is the best iced coffee I have found from a fast food restaurant. Their drinks are consistently good and my drink orders have always been accurate. If you don't eat pork, the taste of their turkey sausage is quite good! Most of their employees are friendly and polite. The Meh: Their food is very much hit or miss. The donuts and bagels are often varying degrees of stale. Some times they are "good enough". Some times they are practically inedible. I used to order the bagel minis, but stopped after I started getting some that were still cold in the middle. I think that most of their baked goods arrive frozen and are reheated on site. I usually have luck with their breakfast sandwiches, but I think the reason for this is that its more difficult to tell if a bagel is stale or not once it has been toasted, put next to cheese and egg, and wrapped up. The Bad: I have had my food orders messed up on several occasions. Lately, they have been putting bacon or sausage on sandwiches that I specifically order without meat. Sometimes they forget the cheese. On at least two occasions, they have run out of something (I order through the app), and rather than telling me when I go to the drive up menu and say I have a mobile order, they just don't give me said item at the window. Read morewent through the drive-thru and ordered two drinks, but unfortunately, both were made incorrectly. I’m from out of town and get this coffee daily at my local location, so I know how it should taste. While passing through Flagstaff, I stopped to order a Caramel Craze, but it ended up tasting like plain coffee with creamer completely lacking the expected flavor.
I went back and let the employee know that the drink seemed to be missing the flavor entirely. She initially offered to bring the drink back and just add the flavoring, which I found unsanitary. She then offered to remake it. The second drink was slightly better, but still not what I ordered. It tasted like it was made with creamer instead of milk and was missing the cinnamon entirely, it just seemed like a regular caramel iced coffee.
At that point, I gave up and left. Very disappointed with the experience.

Read moreThe walk up window has never been once been opened when I have gone to this location although there is no place posted on the window or the app that shows the walk up window is closed. It is not the easier parking lot to navigate and staff is rude. They came out of the employee door to tell me that their window closed at 5 (again not posted anywhere). So it is a few steps to walk up to the drive through rather than try to get to the car and drive all the way around. Nope won’t service me there either. I get it would be a safety hazard if it was dark or there was a line of cars. But neither of those were true. And it is my decision to put myself at risk. If they just put a sign up stating that any person not going through the drive through assumes person risk of liability it would make them not be such jerks?
