Okay. I order online. I say no to mayo and no to tomatoes, and add turkey. Simple. I get my sub, There is tomatoes and mayo. I call this location where my sub originated from. I can shifted from person to person. I get told that they are unable to do anything to help me tell he comes back tomorrow and that the assistant manager in charge is powerless.
I get in contact with my friend who is an assistant manager at the location down in San Tan Valley. He said they were lying to me. He claimed, and these are his assumptions, not mine: that they did not want to send another driver out, that they don't want their Sandwich bonus because he claims one sandwich will hurt the bonus.
He then claimed they were lying that they could not do anything to help me because he said when the General Manger is out of town or unable to come in, the assistant manager takes over, because that is how the chain of command works. The assistant manager takes over the responsibilities of the General Manager.
So I decide to come into this location, which I did not want to do but felt like I had to, and as soon as I come in, make myself known, I am told the assistant manager has just went to the restroom. Not a good sign. Then there was the behavior and manner of a blond female employee who I did not get the name of, who highlighted the mannerism according my friend who is an assistant manger in far more polite terms, out of his store.
I got the same story that they cannot do anything until the GM comes back. I correct them on this matter, with the newly armed information I got, they refuse to give me a new sandwich because they claim, they can only give me what the online system said I ordered, which is wrong. After a while I finally get my money back (including tip paid online because I don't want any extra money for service kept by them, because they do not...

So, first I went to order two large drinks for my order online and when the order was given to me, there were no drinks with it and none were charged to the receipt (even though I know that I ordered them online). I checked my email confirmation and it stated " 1 drink... $0.00". So I called the store and asked about it and apparently they dont deliver large drinks so the online system didnt register it. So, I asked for the two drinks and then as soon as I got off the phone, I went to open my sandwich. Sadly, there was no bacon on it (that I paid $1.50 extra for), so I called back a second time and asked what could be done about it and the manager said that they would remake it and deliver it to me when they brought the drinks back to me.
So finally, I get my drinks and new sandwich. I go to sit down and open the bag and there are no napkins, no straws for the drinks, and now my sandwich does not have the bean sprouts on it that I had also originally ordered. I wasn't as upset about that since they were free and its not like I was loosing money, but still.
This was overall a really frustrating experience and even though the manager was kind and understanding it still was not properly executed. I was really just looking forward to some dinner while I was stuck working until 2 am.

I just called the location to see if they were to busy etc as I wanted to give them some slack given I have worked at Jimmy Johns for a while a year ago and am aware that they can get busy or forget orders. But, weirdly the miss on the phone said bluntly that they canceled my order without explanation and hung up right after I said āohā after she said said her quick comment about my order. Maybe she was having a bad day but I thought my order was pretty simple. Normally Iāll order and get it delivered in a matter of 15 or so minutes and have never had any problems. I would totally understand if they were busy but it has been upwards of an hour and 15 or so. This is probably the first review Iāve written in years and Iām sort of confused if Iām going to get my money back or even my food because Iām sort of hungry given itās way past lunch time. I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me.
