Frrom the sales aspect, it went fine. Now the customer service part. After the sale we were scheduled for delivery and setup over a month later. OK I'm glad this business is so apparently busy. We received many notices to make sure we were reaady for the date. So after taking the old bed completely apart I received a call the morning of the delivery date. I was told they could not make it today but rescheduled over a month later from the original date. Really! This is Customer Service!? They have my money so I suppose I now have to wait due to their problems. I am not impressed...

He was very cheerful, and professional when explaining the different series of beds they carry. He performed a scan to show me how the beds worked. I ended purchasing a a higher end series bed, frame, pillow and mattress cover. He was very detailed in explaining the price breakdown, the financing and delivery. However 2 1/2 years after purchase we get a chance to test the warranty.
2000.00 + mattress is a useless pile of junk. The remote quit working, air is leaking. We are on the hook for 40% of the repair cost. 15 year prorated warranty is not worth much. Bye bye air mattress, hello real mattress for us.
So, buyer beware.
