I recently had an interesting experience at Chick-fil-A that I feel compelled to share. While the incident was quite unfortunate, I acknowledge that it was primarily due to my own actions. Here's what happened:
I visited Chick-fil-A with the intention of enjoying their delicious menu items. Being a fan of pickles, I couldn't resist asking for some extra pickle slices to accompany my meal. The staff members were accommodating and provided me with the pickles I requested, which initially left me quite satisfied.
However, things took an unexpected turn when I decided to engage in a rather mischievous endeavor. For reasons that I now regret, I decided to scatter the pickle slices on the bathroom floor, thinking it would add a humorous element to my dining experience. Unfortunately, this idea turned out to be ill-conceived and caused more trouble than anticipated.
As I walked into the bathroom, the pickle slices proved to be quite slippery underfoot. It didn't take long before my enthusiasm turned into a moment of embarrassment and discomfort. I lost my footing on the pickle-covered floor, and in an attempt to regain my balance, I accidentally threw the remaining pickle slices across the room. Needless to say, it was quite a chaotic scene.
While I can't fault Chick-fil-A for my own mischievous and ill-advised actions, I must commend their staff for their swift response. They promptly arrived at the scene to ensure my safety and to clean up the mess I had created. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, the staff remained calm and handled the situation professionally.
Although my escapade caused a significant disturbance, I cannot overlook the fact that the food at Chick-fil-A remains consistently tasty. The chicken sandwiches and waffle fries I ordered were still as flavorful and satisfying as ever. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant, apart from my pickle-induced mishap, was up to par with the high standards I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A.
In conclusion, while my mischievous pickle adventure led to an embarrassing slip and an unintentional pickle projectile, I must take full responsibility for my actions. Chick-fil-A's staff responded admirably to the incident, showcasing their professionalism and commitment to customer safety. Despite the disruption caused by my own actions, I can't deny the deliciousness of Chick-fil-A's food and the overall cleanliness of their...

We had been traveling West from Georgia for 2 days by car. Decided to stop here as they opened as CFA is a steady staple in GA. Made a quick and easy mobile order in the parking lot then came in.
As we get through the front door we get hit with some stench — I thought baby poop, my partner thought vomit. We both went to our bathrooms. In the mens restroom there was a large dried urine puddle from the night before. My partner mentioned pubes on the toilet seat in the women’s bathroom. Back out in the lobby, there are cleaning ladies sweeping and washing from the night before. There are a lot of crumbs, trash, and food on the floor. A gentleman went into the bathroom to clean after he finished speaking with the ladies. They did not seem to be CFA employees. I have never heard of a restaurant hiring a cleaning service nor letting urine and food sit overnight to be cleaned in the morning.
We sit down to wait for the mobile order. An employee approaches us and says that they are out of biscuits as the freezer/refrigerator had an issue overnight. A little inconvenient because 80% of the breakfast relies on biscuits. They were not busy, we figured it would take just a few more minutes to get the food. We ended up waiting (from order to receiving food) 20 minutes in the foul smelling lobby. There were 2 other customers we could see so they were not busy. They seemed adequately staffed, I believe I saw at least 4 in there.
On a good note, the staff were nice. Hit us with the familiar “my pleasure.” In general it was just drastically different than what I have ever...
Read moreWow I was so excited to treat my other half to a Chic fil A dinner. Ordering went extremely smooth, too easy it turns out. Could hardly wait to collect our chicken sandwich meals, two orders of original chicken strips, shakes and fries. Hadn't had chic fil a meal in months. My treat- over fifty bucks. Polite cashier, smiling manager we were delited to tell how everything was so on top . Checked our order after pulling off to the side so not to hold up the line. I pulled the strips out and bit in- YIKES, friggin spicy hot🔥. Not what I ordered. Walk the block back to exchange my strips for the correct order and the manager Austin states he can give me nuggets in exchange. I say no I would like my original chicken tenders and he states they are all out. They are substituting spicy because there is no original. All out. I took a refund. No dinner. Very very disappointed. I mean that's ridiculous! Should have been told when ordering, at the window, or even when the lady manager chatted with us as our food was being handed to us. Milkshakes were chocolate and peppermint - we ordered vanilla. So at the window the shakes were corrected. Couldn't anyone have said "oh by the way - we don't have the original chicken"? I was blown away! This was not nice. I have serious problems if I eat spicy food! My mouth swells. I really feel Chic fil A standards...
