Starbucks — Restaurant in Flagstaff

I hate doing this because every other experience here has been great... until today!

I was greeted after a minute or so of waiting with no one in line- that’s fine, the barista was cleaning and doing her job!

I ordered my iced caramel macchiato with extra shot, extra caramel. The girl looked me up and down, and then proceeded to confirm I didn’t want decaf and questioned my order. Yes, I am 7 months pregnant... but I would not assume pregnancy on anyone- especially in a baggier type shirt! So yes, my original order is what I would like!

She charged me out, for what I ordered and proceeded to make my drink. I was going to brush it off until she handed me my drink and said, “Be careful with your caffeine” in a very judgmental and snarky voice!!

Ummm excuse me?? I somehow forgot that the Starbucks worker was also my medical professional??? Who, by the way, has allowed me this as an appropriate caffeine intake for the day once in a while!

I’m not even sure she made my drink appropriately because it was a majority of milk and Caramel... and has no punch like it typically does... but I was definitely charged for that extra shot!

Moral of the story, I would suggest your employees keep their opinions to themselves while working under the Starbucks name! Luckily, I am pregnant and so glad it wasn’t a false assumption that could have been interpreted in an even more...

In Labor Day, My family vacation was terrible until I ordered 2 Matcha Latte iced here. They only gave me 1 Matcha. I showed them on the App that I ordered 2 Matcha. But they told me they didn't care, they only took 1 order so they only gave me 1 Matcha. They said: if I am not satisfied, I should contact customer service, they didn't want to talk to me anymore. I saw my niece holding her Matcha cup, she was about to cry. I went back to the car and told my sister husband about what happened (he is white American). After he gone in the store , after only 2 minutes she agreed to make another Matcha cup. I felt really bad for the truth of any race they gave me because I am Asian. Our 4 kids were very sad for days because of that, they worried about that...

I ordered four drinks. One was a Carmel ribbon crunch that ended up being milk mixed in ice and tiny bit of Carmel at the bottom and top. So I tossed it. Shaved ice would have tasted better. But I also asked for cookie crumble in it which I paid extra for. I asked for a refund of the extra I paid. Thought that was fair. He told me to get back in line (which had about five people in it) then when he handed me my drink he said really hope your day gets better. I responded back with it was just fine until I came here and deal with your rude a** attitude. I don’t drink Starbucks much as it is. But this visit reminded me why I go to other...
