I believe that walk into a place such as this, 35 minutes before they close should still afford one comfortable meal-- especially true as according to Google stats people average about a 20-30 minute visit at any hour. Well that was not my experience, nor was it the experience of the couple that came in shortly after me. When my food was 'served' (I'm being generous using that term) there were still 28 minutes before the placed closed...at least 20 minutes in which someone should have been able to walk in and order...that's how things work. I was not brought my food on a plate. It came in a bag as if ordered to-go, which it was not. This happened to the other couple too and they had a far more complex order with multiple sides. I had a full beer I'd just been served...did they think I'd chug it and walk out with dinner in a bag? Ridiculous! The registers were shut down and the doors locked up, with us three customers trying to eat from our sacks, a full 20 minutes before the posted closing hours.
Really, if a mom and pop operation closed early because they were super slow or just needed to rush out you may disappointed, but we understand the struggles of running a small family business. That's not the case here...This is bad management and a total lack of employee commitment.
The burrito might have been okay if large parts weren't refrigerator cold. It left me wondering, had they already wrapped the food up and did they literally pull this out of the fridge without even trying...

Read moreYikes. This place looked so promising. We were stuck in Flagstaff an extra day and saw the sign and thought the name was clever. Ordered to go for a family of 12. A little shy of $200, including a "pick up tip". Wish we would have gone to Jack in the box. Walked in and the girl on the phone seemed irritated. To be fair, she was on the phone so it could have been irritation at the person on the other end. She then let me know our order was too big to include hot sauce and forks/knives. I'm sorry, what? Who in the world charges EXTRA for hot sauce, when the meals should have come with sauce? Charge extra for guac, I get it, but I have to buy green sauce for a $15 fried burrito? Wild. 3 of the 5 adult meals ordered were missing rice and beans, and be aware if you order kids meals with drinks to go, there are no lids to the cups. Terrible experience, mediocre, over priced food, and $3.50 for a side of green sauce, skip this place and go to Chipotle or...
