Nathan gives an attitude of he does not want to be there. Not one word or eye contact. My fries were hot. My dogs were warm. And my drinks were very old actually warm and absolutely flat. In my opinion you never let food or drink sit so long it comes to that. I was upset I gave a tip while paying with a card. I want my tip back and my drinks. When I called I explained my situation first to a crew member than again to a manager the told me after I explained the situation I could just come back and she would replace them.I said I could not tonight but could in the future. She said only to night and I couldn't be telling the truth because they check the carbonation which I don't even know what these drinks are so how can I even know if it was carbonated. Anyway I had to be the bigger person and apologize that I was upset I pre gave a tip and chose to give this location another chance. I just wanted to let the manager know what was going on at her location. She said at the end oh your drinks are still here. But to have to feel like I was the problem and deescalate and apologize and be patient with the management was making me feel I made the bad choice to come here. In the past I have had burnt burgers and another time I asked for mustard and they gave me not the right fixings servings but over the top drowned it with mustard. I wonder do they think it's funny? Read moreThis is going to sound like the most petty review of all time, but if someone actually reads these and sincerely cares, my feedback may be helpful. I visited today. The order taker was a bit short with me when I asked a question but maybe it was a bad connection. No big deal. My food came out and I paid cash. For some reason the sonic staff guy did not give me change. I sat there for a while thinking maybe he had to get change inside but he never returned. Again, annoying but not the end of the world. Hopefully he needed it more than I did. Just before I decided to leave I discovered that a mistake was made and I received the wrong drink. After a minute of confusion a staff member came to my vehicle to understand the issue and quickly corrected the problem. For some reason that I still cannot understand, they would not take the first beverage back when I asked. I was told it was against policy. It is against policy to take an incorrectly delivered item from a customer? I did not want it, I did not have room for it, but now I am forced to find a suitable location in my vehicle to keep 2 large sonic cups without spilling until I get to a place where I can dispose of it. I left feeling frustrated. It is so easy to fix these minor service opportunities. All it starts with is care. Did it ruin my day? No. Are there bigger issues to deal with in the world? Absolutely.

Read moreGo to the one on 4th street instead. I mostly get a slushy from here on the way home and sometimes it takes more than 15 minutes to get just a slushy. Last visit my wife ordered through the app for two slushies and a pretzel stick thinking that it won't take long. Pulled up 2 minutes later and put the stall number to check in. Waited 10 minutes so far and it seemed like only one guy was delivering to everyone. He did not look like he worked there either because he was not wearing anything with a Sonic logo and also took his sweet time walking to cars to give then food looking really tired. Once the wait time hit the 20 minute mark I pushed the button asking why it taking so long and the person said it is because we ordered a lot of slushies so they have to get the food out before the slushies. I asked how is Two a lot and she apologized and thought we were a different order. Finally the guy that did not look like he worked there came with the slushies and the pretzel walking real slow still. I don't expect anything fancy with Sonic but still should take 20 minutes for two drinks and a pretzel with only 4 cars...
