McDonald's — Restaurant in Flat Rock

HORRIBLE! I went around 1:15pm. I understand that’s lunch time and can be busy; however, it wasn’t that busy. I ordered my food, paid for it all within maybe 5 minutes of being in line. There were a few cars waiting for their food…not a huge deal. I got to the window to get my food and was handed my drink and told when one of the cars in reserve spots opened up to move forward because I was waiting on fries. I watched an employee walk around in circles with many bags in her hands. She was walking up to cars trying to find the owners to the food in her hands. She walked up to my car asked what I ordered, I told her. She said nope none of these are yours. She asked the number on my receipt I said 1369. She said I have 1569. This isn’t yours. Okay. Over 10 minutes goes by and I’m still waiting! She’s still walking around circles! People are starting to get out of their cars looking for their food. To no avail, they walk back to their cars empty handed. She goes back inside and about 5 minutes later she comes back out with more bags. Comes up to my car and asked my number again. I tell her my number and exactly what I ordered. The bag with 1569, that she had along was my order! The fresh fries that I thought I was waiting for were disgusting! Soggy and cold! My hamburgers were warm but, far from hot! It was my fault for not checking my food prior to leaving because I should’ve known better! I should’ve known it was going to be cold because she was walking around looking for their owner forever! I tried call the store but no one answered and I had an appointment to be at so I didn’t have time to turn around! Do better Flat Rock, McDonald’s! This was uncalled for and you weren’t that busy to be that confused I. Who...

I would give them zero stars if I could; my family and I just got home from vacation on May 5th and just wanted a quick bite. My husband put in the order, and no one repeated it back or left it on the screen for him to verify it was right. Also, the young lady taking his order sounded high. Anyway, he gets home with the food, restaurant is literally 2 min from the house. The french fries were ice cold, the nuggets were double fried to the point of being hard to bite into, and they gave us 4 sandwiches that we did not order, apple pies instead strawberry pies, and was missing 6 McChicken add cheese and tomato and 6 of the McDoubles out of the 10 we ordered. Plus it was all cold! I called to speak to the manager, she said she couldn't replace it- ONLY what was on the receipt, which half of it was not what we ordered. Then told me, she would have to get approval from their GM to even give me a refund or anything- wth!!! I asked how does any of that make sense, it was not us who messed up the order or gave out cold food and refried nuggets??? I want a refund! She FINALLY said ok, but u need to bring me back the food with the receipt.

I told her gladly bcuz what they gave us is inedible and disgusting! And do they want the drinks back too?! (Lol)

I don't think I will be returning to this McDonald's for a while, so busted and disgusted- plus the manager or whomever I was speaking too also sounded high. Kept repeating the same questions and not understanding what was wrong, I guess they hire...

I am beyond angry. I work down the street, midnights. I've given this place tons of chances, seeing as almost everytime I order from here, its wrong. Since its nights, I usually just shrug it off because I can imagine it gets rough with a smaller staff. Tonight just did it for me. I go on my break, wait 5 minutes to order and they finally ask "has your order been taken?" Whatever, so I order. Mind you, I'm on break and my break is 20 minutes. I wait 20+ minutes in drive thru. I'm irritable but I'm still nice. I get my food and rush back to work to find my food is cold and I didn't get sauce for my nuggets. Any other day, I'd have let it go but iIwait nearly a half hour to not even havecmy order complete. I call and explain that I'm pretty upset, but I am not being rude. The guy, who I can only assume is the manager is a complete jerk. He says and I quote "its late, we get busy, what do you want me to do about it? Replace the sauce?" I hang up and I can assure you I will be calling the GM and then corporate. Horrendous...
