Thief waiter alert! Rest of staff was great though! Me and my family went here 6/27/25 Food was good and when i paid the bill for my entire group, it was $320. I asked for a receipt and was told by my waiter it had something spilled on it and was thrown away.(odd) I checked my bank account and there was a charge of $400.09 on my account. I figured it was an easy explanation. Maybe gratuity was included automatically. But was given the run around. "Can't provide a receipt", "it should be on the kiosk I used to pay the bill." Only I didn't use a kiosk from the table. My waiter took my card and the original bill. Another employee said the only way I can pay is by the kiosk on table. That they don't take the cards unless you are at the bar. To prevent exactly what happened to me this very moment. The waiter said it must be the weather messing with the system. That he used the register. Then later admitted he used another tables kiosk. But would never leave himself a tip. Manager was not helpful. Kept making excuses. I dismissed the thief waiter and talked to another employee alone. And asked more questions. How can a tip be accidently added? He said it's basically 0% chance. A manager must approve all tips done by hand at register. They can only be left without approval via the kiosk. Manager then canceled the transaction and asked me to pay again. I asked for the canceled transaction record. He said one could not be provided. I told him I couldn't pay again until I had proof of a canceled transaction. He brought out my original receipt after all this, of $320.07 Not a canceled transaction record. I told him I wouldn't pay twice. That I would pay once it fell off my account. He said that was fine but needed to make a copy of my ID and debt card! I told him no way in hell would I trust them with a copy of my card after this happened. Excuses: bad weather messed with the computer-it was sunny out Excuses from waiter: sorry I'm new-other employee said he'd been there 6 months Excuses: I (me) must have entered the tip somehow I pooled cash from around the table and had a $90 tip ready for the waiter before this whole calamity ensued. So he didn't get the $80.02 he tried to swindle or the $90 cash he would have gotten if he was honest. Nice try Heath, I hope you lose your job over this, so you cant try this on...
Read moreMy son took me to dinner today at the Chili’s on Miller Rd in Flint and this is the worse experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I ordered the trio steak fajita and first of all, after 40 minutes waiting on it to come to the table, a gentleman from the kitchen brought it out to me not the waitress (no big deal) but when they brought the sizzling steak fajita out it wasn’t sizzling at all. The steak was super pink like they just sat it on the onions and peppers. I asked him why the hot plate was hot enough(sizzling) so it can cook the meat. The gentleman hunched his shoulders and she I DON’T KNOW and just stood there looking at me like I had a problem. I asked him if he could take it back in have them put it on a hotter pan so that the steak can cook because I wasn’t eating raw steak. He took it back in within 10 minutes, my waitress came back with my food smelling like burnt meat. I tried to stir the food but the steak, onions and peppers were so burnt they were stuck to the pan (picture of my food included in this review). I asked for a manager, he came and I asked him would he eat this and he said no and asked would I like something else to eat, I told him no because at this point I wasn’t eating raw over Chili’s. He said I will take it off your bill said he was sorry and left, not even removing the burnt food from off the table. The apology that the manager gave me seemed fake as hell and only took the sizzling steak fajita off and nothing else. Could have at least gave me that watered down lemonade free. I will never and when I say never , I mean never go to Chili’s again. The owners of this Chili’s need to go and see about their business. I see why this place fell off. Read moreThis was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. At first it started out good as they were easily able to accommodate our party of 8. We ordered our drinks with the first guy. He brought them quite quickly. After that it all went downhill. We ordered our appetizers and then asked for a few minutes for everyone to look over the menu. They came back and we ordered. From this point it took an hour for our appetizers to slowly come out over an hour. Drink refills were very slow. My empty cup was taken and it took over a half hour for a second drink. By this point none of our food had made it to the table. Finally once it was well over an hour I finally had to flag down someone bussing tables in order to get a drink. We waiting another 10 minutes. Still saw no wait staff. I finally requested a manager. The manager arrived and I explained the situation. He brought drink refills for all of my guests. I once again was still waiting for my second drink. Another 10 minutes and I received my drink. And finally our food started to follow. Everything was finally back on track. My mother-in-law tried her food, and flagged down the manager. Her ranch tasted like cleaner! I was horrified. She sent it back she then tried her loaded fries that were so soaked with grease they were not edible. I cut into my steak. I ordered a medium steak and it showed up well done. I sent it back. The rest of my family ate their meal. Everyone was done eating and needed boxes of course my food still had not come back fixed. I finally found someone and asked for my food to be put in a box as I didn’t want to make everyone sit there for me to eat. Three of my family members ended up sick after leaving there last night.
